Really like this product. Great features include that is dual fuel, has a fold away handle, CO monitor for safety, easy directions, and the ability to charge battery for remote start while the generator is running. I can be up to 99ft. away (in my house) and start the generator on my porch.

Unit shipped quickly. Complete ready to go out of the box, minus fuel, of course. It was easy to assemble the wheels and bumbers on too the frame. The Quick start guide is easy to follow. We like the pushbutton start feature, we have not tried the remote. We only tried propane as fuel. I will try natural gas also as we have an outdoor hook up. The unit started quickly and is not too loud. The unit is heavy and well built. My wife was able to move it around the garage alone. We are very please to have the ability to have a good source of stanby power. I highly recommend this compact well built unit.

Was tired of the power outages in my area so I purchased this generator about a month ago. The dual fuel option is great if you don't have any gas on hand. The engine starts right up with a touch of a button. "That's Nice." I use the 50 amp 240 volt port to power most of my house, including my well pump. Also the portability of it, makes it easy to move out and into my garage. Overall happy with this unit.

I bought this so I could run my whole house during a power outage. The fact that it's Tri-Fuel allows me to run it on Gasoline, Propane or Natural Gas. Currently, I have a large underground Propane tank, so that will be the dominate fuel of choice. However, the fact that it will also run on NG allows me to use it in the eventuality I someday have NG, or if I ever move from the country to a residential area that has NG, I can just take it with me. So, the portability aspect of this generator makes it very attractive. I've run it with a load, but nowhere near the massive load it will actually handle. I've had a transfer switch and generator outlet installed. I can't say I'm looking forward to my next power outage, but I DO know I'm READY for the next outage because of this product. It's heavy. Really heavy. But, the wheels, the "feet" and the handle make it very easy to move around and set in place. Did I mention it's a BEAST? I haven't had it long, but so far it's highly recommended by me.

So far tested with propane, ran my ac,fridge,tvs,(3),ceiling fans with lights 4 and my computer no problem over an hour test, have to get a hook up on my natural gas and we have a fast connection on both propane and natural gas to the generator but not to the otherside of the natural gas side would of been nice and maybe about 5ft longer, Besides that, I'm glad and I'm ready to sell my dual fuel generator, hope this helps

This received the best generator award from popular mechanics in 2024. I have nothing but good things to say about this. Westinghouse has made a powerful machine at a great price, its lower priced than many generators with half the output. I can run almost my entire house with this and having the option of three fuels is really convenient.

This product required minimal assembly and is well worth the month, although it's affordable for what you're getting! I am looking forward to being able to use either propane or gas. So far we have only used it with gas. Setting up the remote start was very simple. The instructions are thorough and well written.

This generator was purchased this month after North Carolina suffered another devastating hurricane. It was received within 36 hours after ordering. Only had to install wheels and fill the oil. After adding gasoline, started up with no issues. Generator is going to be a life saver for when the power is lost. I even had a neighbor purchased the same model.

After going through two hurricanes with an inadequate old unit, we ordered this generator just in time to get us through hurricane #3. User friendly and powerful enough to do a great job. We feel very secure that we will have power enough in the future. Highly recommend.

Just received and assembled. Looking forward to using. I bought this model because of dual fuel capability and 30a outlet. Will plug directly into switch panel on side of house so I can choose what to run inside. I will also use as portable power for various things.
