This thing is a BEAST

First of all, it's easy to "assemble". Just the 2 wheel assemblies and the stands. Probably only took about 10 minutes. It IS heavy. So make sure you have help if you have to unload it. However, once it's on the ground the large wheels, stands and "U" shaped handle makes it very easy to maneuver. I've hooked up loads to it, but haven't run my whole house with it yet. But from all the reviews I've read, it will absolutely handle it. Great product ! alan

Nice features

Easy assembly. Started up nicely on gasoline. Did not run it on propane or natural gas yet, but will be installing natural gas line so it can be run mainly on that. Ran it for 10 minutes with two 1500 watt heaters at the same time plus hand tools with no problems. when I get the gas line in and connected to the house I will give up date on powering the whole house.

Buy Westinghouse Genenators

I have had Westinghouse generator products for nearly 10 years now and they crank every time I need them and are more fuel efficient than the rest. This is why I'm getting the 9500, can run my camper and a lot of my house essentials at the same time During a storm.

Solid Powerhouse for Backup Needs 🔋🏡

The Westinghouse WGen9500TFC is a solid choice if you're looking for a reliable backup generator. I've been using it mainly for power outages and occasional outdoor events, and it's got some serious juice—9,500 running watts and a whopping 12,500 peak watts. It's plenty powerful for keeping essentials like the fridge, lights, and even a small AC unit running without breaking a sweat. Setup was surprisingly straightforward. It's got an electric start, which saves the hassle of manual pulling, plus remote start (nice bonus when you don't want to step outside). It's a bit hefty at around 220 lbs, but the wheels make it manageable enough to move around. For a unit this size, expect some noise, but nothing that feels unreasonable for the power output. One cool touch is the transfer switch-ready outlet, making it easier to connect to your home setup. Compared to similar generators I've tried, like the DuroMax or Champion models, the Westinghouse feels like it's built with just a bit more attention to detail. That said, it does gulp down fuel, so be prepared for frequent refills if you're running it for long periods. Overall, it's a reliable and powerful option for anyone looking for peace of mind during blackouts or wanting to power up outdoor events. Just keep an eye on the fuel gauge!

Very strong and reliable

We had a 2 day power outage and it was the first time I had to rely on a generator. Although it's heavy and I'm 74 yrs old ,I was able to maneuver where needed . Did a great job keeping 2 freezers ,3 refrigerators ,water heater ignition ,gas furnace fan ,lights , outlets really remarkable . Had an electrician install outside plug and do inside panel work .

Well-Built Product

We purchased this when we moved into a house with a well and sump pump, in an area that is prone to strong storms. Right before we moved in, a storm had knocked out the power for almost a week in this area. We have never owned a generator til now, and when we looked for one we read lots of reviews and decided on this one. We liked that it is duel fuel. The generator was delivered in a professional manner and was packaged well and the instructions seem very clear and even the oil was included. Thankfully we have not had to use it yet, but we are happy to have it for emergencies. It even has a remote start. it seems like a well built generator. Hopefully it will last for many years.

Saved us doing a power outage!

This dual fuel generator is great. Lost power during the hurricane and was able to run everything I needed off of propane (I did not try running my HVAC, but confident once I install a transfer switch to my house that it will). Had great run time on tanks (between 6-10 hours and probably could've gone longer)

Impressive tri fuel generator with electric start

I've run this generator with propane, natural gas and gasoline. Not as loud as I expected and powerful enough to run my a/c, fridge and freezer. Love the electric start!!! It rolls easily even though it weighs 200 lbs. Great price and simple to set up.

EXCITED TO PURCHASE

Just received and based on other reviews I am excited for our future. After the Beryl debacle we couldn't even escape to a hotel as none had power. I ordered the Tri fuel and hopefully now prepared for any time of outage year round. This is highly recommended and the review sold me. Get it if you can!

Awesome Generator

I just got my Generator after looking at many different brands. I ended up choosing the Westinghouse because of the Westinghouse reputation, and I also read many reviews. This is a beast and I know that hopefully It won't get used often, but I will have it when I do. I also like the dual fuel option.
