Inaccurate information

Bed did not fluff out to the entire 12in not as soft as described the mattress is not cooling at all very hot to sleep on

He just bought a sleeptogo mattress and it says that it measures 12 inches and it only reaches 10 it is a lie that it is 12 inches why do they lie

Unstable around the edges of the mattress. Needs more definition. Ends didn’t pop all the way back up as promised either.
