We didn’t really want to make one so we got a pre cooked brisket

Not great, brisket dry, flavor mild.

Lots of fat. Flavor of seasoning a bit strong.

Tastes but on the dry side.

Doesn’t have the flavor of a slow cooked brisket. No char on it. I expected a little better taste.

I have bought whole briskets before and compared to this one, they were much better. This one crumbled when cut. I would not buy this brand again.

This is a wonderful product. The taste is Smokey and yet juicy. I used for holidays and it was a hit!

This brisket has come in so handy for impromptu gatherings! It’s consistently delicious and beats hours of cooking! Worth every penny!

This is such a wonderful piece of meat. Delicious!!! Iput mines in a long aluminum pan and pour beef broth on top and its delicious!!!

We grill a lot and were so surprised on how great this brisket was. We brushed on a light sauce and rub and warmed directly on the grill. fabulous - a little char on the outside ..going to buy a couple more for the holidays !
