This is a wonderful product. The taste is Smokey and yet juicy. I used for holidays and it was a hit!

Doesn’t have the flavor of a slow cooked brisket. No char on it. I expected a little better taste.

I have bought whole briskets before and compared to this one, they were much better. This one crumbled when cut. I would not buy this brand again.

Love the brisket. Hope it freezes well. I kind of screwed up buying the whole brisket, but it will eventually be used.

This is such a wonderful piece of meat. Delicious!!! Iput mines in a long aluminum pan and pour beef broth on top and its delicious!!!
