[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Pergola a couple months ago, and it has been a wonderful addition to my back yard. The color is perfect and quality is really great!

We purchased this to use for hanging orchids. It is an excellent feature to our yard, and we had so many compliments on it. People thought that I made it myself.

Great product easy to install. Just wondering if I have to anchor down . I have it and am trying not to anchor it down. Has there been any problems with wind moving this product. Seems like it won't be an issue.

This is very well designed and assembled exactly as the instructions indicated. Every thing needed was in the boxes. The phone app guides you through everything. I would definitely recommend this product.

Looks great but hard to put together. The bolts are soft metal and the threads are painted and hard to keep from cross threading. Now that’s it’s done, I love it

Bought the unit a month ago; had a concrete pad installed, then built the unit with three generations, great fun! Used both written and video instructions. Both were excellent.

I recently purchased this and far exceeded all expectations. It arrived sooner than expected, was in perfect condition, and was assembled in one afternoon. Beautiful structure.

This is an excellent value. I’m 77 years old and was able to put it together with my neighbor only helping to erect it. I spent about 6-7 hours in total. Purchased it last fall and only recently put it up. Very happy I bought this kit.

Received the original parts end of Mar, assembly tech came out (2 weeks later} and noted some damaged parts, company sent replacements, one of the replacement pieces was damaged, finally received all correct parts end of Apr. Assembly team (Go Configure) set a new date to assemble 3 weeks later (not 10 business days). Now, the day before the assembly date the company says they have to reschedule....Reading all the positive reviews I was really hoping for a similar experience. I'm in AZ so would have appreciated a heads up that the assembly wouldn't happen on time to not have to put it together in 100 degree weather. I'll update the actual product review if/when I can see it in person.

We love our 10x12 pergola. The price was right and my wife and I were able to assemble it from start to finish.
