Great product

Bought it a while back, it is a different one than the one I used to buy and just started using it. After running my dishwasher twice, I still had to wash items by hand. This is a terrible replacement to the previous version and a total waste of my money! Too late to return it as an unacceptable item because I usually stock up on items beforehand.
