Would love to use the pacs but the detergent door broke off 3 years ago so I fill the reservoir and close the door then the detergent drips down the door into the bottom of the dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use heavy square dishes. Heavy metal botton, non stick sauce pots and pans. We bake a lot, so this gel works best for us. We use the gel pacs often. Never use the washer unless it has a full rinse aid compartment. Thank you for a great product.

I feel good about using it because I feel like it really deep cleans my dishes and having 2 kids at home I want to make sure their cups and bottles get a good clean

During training we were told to add Clorox to the water when washing dishes and cutlery to ensure it was sanitized. Over the years that advice has influenced many of my choices. This product gives me assurance that the dishes, etc are truly clean and safe to use.

This product always leaves my dishes, glasses, utensils and pots/pans squeaky clean. I love that it has the power of Clorox added for extra disinfectant, which is why I stick with this product for all my dishwashing loads.

Oh yes! This is what modern technology is all about! If my dishwasher was a human I'd give it a raise! But as far as metal appliances go thus soap is the robin to the dishwasher's batman. A perfect team over coming the evils of 8 layer lasagna followed by extra fudge brownies. Spend a tiny bit of extra money and be satisfied with squeaky clean dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer to buy Cascade for my dishwasher that requires a liquid detergent. It's pretty good at getting things clean. However, it is the priciest liquid detergent and I'm on a budget so I will often get the generic brand.

I tell everyone not to waist their money on third rate dishwashing detergents. You can only trust Cascade Complete Gel to get your dishes totally clean and disinfected!

I changed to another brand due to the fact that Cascade just doesn't leave my dishes as clean as before. And, it leaves soap on my lower rack of dishes after it is released from the cup So, yeah, I am not happy with the product anymore.
