Works great. I use it with the jet dry rinse aid. Gell for me works better than pods and is easier to use than powder. Cost wise it’s in the middle to. Highly recommend.

Works well. I have a dishwasher from 2014. It came with the platinum pods. Since we have a septic tank, pods are not recommended for our system since they do not break down completely and once the water in the system cools, the pod turns back into a gel and sticks to the mechanical equipment causing blockages and failures. So, I use this without a rinse aid and we have well water. It works fine. No spots. As long as your dishwasher filter is cleaned monthly if you go straight dirty dishes without rinsing first and make sure your spoons and other utensils aren't tucked into one another and the water can get around each utensil, it cleans well.

I have an older 2007 dishwasher that is still in great shape. I prefer Cascade liquid because it has consistently done a great job on my dishes. I do not use a retail rinsing agent, but prefer to use a tablespoon of Borax (changes the ph of water) Between the Cascade & Borax, my Corelle dishes , and glasses sparkle. The inside of my dishwasher is a white plastic type material, I never have residue buildup, I only have to scrub the dishwasher detergent dispenser on occasion.

Powdered detergent sometimes didnt dissolve and left a residue. This works great!
