I drink Premier Protein every morning to get my day started. I have a problem with absorption but I know I am getting 30 grams of protein with each carton.

These are my favorite Premier Protein shake for early mornings. I don’t drink coffee so I add a lot of ice to this in a travel mug and it makes for a great iced coffee.

I found this treasure by accident. I normally don't like these types of drinks, most have an aftertaste, this drink is delicious and so good for people especially the elderly. It's low in sugar and high in protein. I strongly recommend this drink.

Cafe Latte is my 2nd favorite flavor. I like to add a few ice cubes to the glass to make it even colder. Sometimes I like to put it in the blener and make an awesome shake. I highly recommend this product.

I have been drinking them for years. Taste great and if there really is 30 grams of protein in them then you cant lose. High amount of protein and taste really good. You cant go wrong.

I love that these are high in protein and low in sugar. This is the only flavor that doesn’t taste super sweet like all the other flavors, which prevents me from buying other flavors. I like to make ice cream with these.

Cafe Latte is the best flavor for me. I love it when I'm too tired to cook, especially after working in the yard. It's good and filling. I keep some chilled in the fridge so there is always some around.
