Filling and tastes quite good. As for caffeine, not sure if I ever feel it like a regular cup of coffee.

These are absolutely delicious. I mix them with iced coffee. They helped me get to my current weight. My husband & son enjoy them as well.

love this product but hate that no one carries the strawberry & cream, not everyone likes chocolate and vanilla or caramel, which is too sweet!
