It's a lot. If you're not used to caffeine or the taste of protein drinks, buy at your own risk. Also, have a snack with it because if you are using it supplement protein you'll need something else in your stomach.

One of my favorites! I’ve learned I can’t take this to work because my co-workers steal it and use it as a low calorie coffee creamer. The flavor is out of this world. Being a coffee lover, I couldn’t pass this one up.

The flavor I typically purchase has been out of stock for many months so I tried Cafe Latte last month. Was surprised to find it contained as much caffeine as a cup of coffee.
