This cake was so well done, and delicious. Convenient, quick pickup service. Fantastic quality and quantity for the price! I had never ordered a cake from Sam’s before, but I was so pleased with it. I will definitely be ordering again. The customized lettering was printed into the icing, just fyi it’s not hand-piped. I thought it looked great. They positioned it perfectly into the picture. My son loved having the toy car addition.

My child loved it. It looked just like the picture, the toppers came in a plastic, had to put them on the cake myself. Overall it was great appearance wise. The icing was a little sweet for me, and a few other people. The texture was moist. I would definitely order again.

I ordered the cake for my grandson’s 3 years birthday. It is a very nice looking cake. And it tastes very delicious. I had no issue with ordering and picking up.

My Grandson loved this cake. He was so excited with the decoration and especially the vehicle. Everyone at his party commented on how delicious the cake was. I would definitely recommend Sam's Club bakery for any event.

This cake was exactly what my grandson wanted for his birthday…looked amazing, tasted great and best of all held up while being transported in the Arizona Summer Heat!

Great Cake! Looked cute, tasted good and my 3 year old loved it!! My only complaint was the customer service. When I went to pick up the cake, there was no clearly marked location to pick it up. And when I did finally see somebody back in the bakery and called out, the girl seemed very young and was playing on her phone. She seemed very irritated that I was there to pick up my pre-ordered and already paid for cake.

Wrong custom cake asked for whipped and received buttercream, asked for white and received chocolate… this is the second time from now on I’m not leaving bakery without at least tasting exterior.

The top image was not even on correctly and the frosting was not smooth . I could see parts of the cake peeking through. It really looked like a rush cake when I ordered it a month in advance.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent order. The fondant on the cake arrived cracked, uneven, and overall the cake looked poorly made, as if it had been rushed without any attention to detail. For the price I paid, I expected much higher quality. To make matters worse, the customer service was unacceptable. The staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and even hung up on me multiple times when I attempted to call and address the issue. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking. I will not be ordering a cake from this business again, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.
