I love the headphones good quality but suddenly they stopped charging I even used a new charger but it didn't work. My headphones' lifespan probably ended but it said that they last longer than 4-6 years. But mine stopped for half a year, which is confusing. I was just wondering is that normal?

Hardly ever leave reviews, but these are truly amazing. Have had for 6 months, and work fantastic. Great sound quality. Like almost all JBL products, build quality is top notch. Could throw off a cliff and get run over and still work. Mic is quality as well, so can talk on the phone. Battery life is insane, over 6 months, ive charged maybe 3 or 4 times. Not sure how they managed that. Very comfortable and dont fall off when working out, maybe with running but have never tried. Noise cancelling isnt great, but personally not a big fan of the feature anyway. If you're on the fence between products, definitely try these. And to JBL, thankyou for making quality prodcts at an affordable price!

I purchased these headphones in November of 2024 It is now April 2025 and I have not had to recharge them since day 1. I don’t use them everyday but I do use them 2-3 days a week usually for 2-3 hours at a time so the battery life is phenomenal. The blue tooth range is also great. I do feel like they could be a little bit bigger over the ears but for the price point the sound quality is amazing and with the app you can control the type of sound you prefer. They are definitely not noise reduction headphones but I wear mine when mowing and while running power tools in my shop and they work fine for me. I would definitely recommend these headphones at this price.

The sound quality is impressive for such a light-weight headphone. My head is bigger than average, so it fits a little tight, but I don’t mind because it won’t be falling off while jogging. Again, the sound is amazing as usual from JBL.

bought these as a gift for my daughter & she absolutely loves them! she found it hard to wear the ones that go into the ear vs. these that go over/on top of the ear. they are not too tight, are easy to size, fantastic battery life! the sound is phenomenal! no cords means it's easier to maneuver whatever you're doing. extremely pleased that I made this purchase - certainly not money wasted (plus they were on sale!!!) 1,000% satisfied

Wont stay charged

not that loud

This is headphone pair number 2 that I have blown in 4 months. If you listen with volume all the way up for about 60 days you will have a speaker that will be blown. Not made for loud use. Great quality otherwise.
