If your JBL Tune 520BT is not turning On, please do a forced power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source. Also, please try to use another charging cable, power adapter, and while it's extremely uncommon, try to use another wall outlet to be certain that the issue is not with the outlet. Sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.
