Thanks for your feedback. To pair your JBL Tune 520BT with your TV, ensure both devices are in pairing mode and the headphones should blink blue. Find them on your TV's Bluetooth list and connect. You may also need to change the audio output to select the headphones. If you need more help, please contact us at (800) 336-4525. We're available Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm (ET) and Saturday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (ET).
