Didn't last long at all

I got this for Christmas and only used a few times and now they don't work , they wont charge either., glad I didn't waste my money on them.

We're sorry to hear about that. Please try the following steps. Initiate a power cycle by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while it is unplugged from a power source. Use a different charging cable/power adapter. Also, while it's uncommon, try a different wall outlet to be certain the issue is not with the outlet. Lastly, sand and dirt can get into the product's charging port. Clean the charging port with compressed air. Bad product

I didn’t have them for a month fell off the bed not a bad fall now all of a sudden when they don’t connect and when they do they turn off and who thought it was smart to put the connection button and power button as the same

Decent but small

Headphones have good quality audio and a decent battery life, the earphones specifically are kind of small though and will hurt your ears if you dont figure out a perfect place on your ears.

Awesome product barring comfort

I have been using this device for a couple of days now. The app connectivity is very good. Charging time is less. Sound quality is great. Only concern is that the ear lobes start paining after an hour of use.

Not Loud Enough; Doesn't Stay Connected very Well.

I wanted to like these but they're Not Loud Enough. They don't Stay Connected very Well either. Their app is clunky and I think that it lags and so if you're watching a video the sound is not in sync with the lips moving - maddening!

Check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings, music player app; commonly found in the playback or EQ settings, and on the JBL Headphones App. To ensure the connectivity of your headphones to your source device, make sure that your source device and headphones are within the Bluetooth range of 10M. Also, don't stand too close to the Wi-Fi router and appliances like microwaves that can interfere with the connection. Also, our JBL Tune 520BT is designed to be used for connecting with mobile phones, tablets, and laptops for streaming audio/music. You may encounter audio-video delays when you're using it with video content since these headphones doesn't have an aptX HD low-latency codec. I love it!

I bought this in December when on sale, and I love it, worth every penny! Shipping was fast. I have a few JBL products that I have them for years ( JBL Go 2, in-ear headphone, and my Prius has JBL speakers too!), they are quality products, love the clear sound, I love the bass, it's perfect for me! So this headphones are new addition, it's wireless and the battery lasts long. I only charged once since I got it, and use it every day for a while. I hope it will last long along with my other JBL products! I take good care of them, so with proper care they will last for a long time. Thank you JBL!

Price %26 quality overshadow minor comfort issues

This product has features—wireless, not in-ear—and price that meet my requirements. Need to muffle conversations and activity while resting. I’m staying on a friend’s couch while l recover from injury that prevents me from using stairs to my apartment. No problems connecting headphones to my phone via Bluetooth. I use a white noise app or listen to audiobooks. The earphones can get sweaty and feel too tight and heavy with many hours of use.
