Love this gravity feed water cooler ! It's quite when you dispense hot or cold water - no loud pump noise. I'm going to buy another for my home use.

We love our top load water dispenser with hot and cold water at the press of a button! We drink more water, plus enjoy hot tea anytime.

Ordered this unit due to reviews and the pet station. Also bought 3 bottles with handles.... The unit and bottles do not work together. Requires ROUND bottles, so as of yet, we have no idea how well the unit works. P I T A right now.

The item arrived. OPENED and used. There was hair on it. It has scratch/abrasion like marks on it, like it was dragged. There is usually a blue plastic adherent film over the stainless and I see that someone had ripped it off.

This water cooler is well-made, attractive, and both the cold and the hot water options works very well. I particularly like the dog water dish feature.

We love this thing, the option to move the dog bowl to multiple sides is great when you want to rearrange your space. We love that you can take the little liner out to wash it as needed and it is simple to put together.

Still had to remove top ring in order to use with my re-fill bottles but it works perfectly. especially like dog bowl. buttons are easy to use, hot water can be dispensed with one hand.

Nice cooler, big buttons, nice night light. Hot water is hot enough for instant ramen,cold is nice temp for drinking. The pet station is a nice feature. Only used for a week but excellent so far

Great machine. Love both the doggie fish/separate spout as well as the protected hot water spout. Children always have an affinity to an office water cooler, so I'm grateful this makes it very difficult fir a child to have an accident

As a water dispenser, it's great. only complaint is that the refrigeration compressor that keeps the water chilled runs a bit on the loud side (compared to my fridge). Not a deal killer and certainly not overwhelming loud.
