This product is not as good as the smoked salmon used to be before it was Member's Mark. The slices are too thick - they used to be paper thin.

This is high quality smoked salmon at a fair price. The only downside is that the quantity is large enough so that you need to use it quickly to avoid its becoming past its prime.

Very nice quality, not too salty, very tender, reasonably priced. Add capers and lemon and a touch of dill sour cream or cream cheese for a perfect breakfast or appetizer.

Delicious. I divide up into 2 oz servings and freeze. Then, take out for a delicious breakfast or lunch with cream cheese on a bagel or wrap. Can't beat the price for this quality.
