yes I got from sams it started breaking? the left arm cover wont stay up and wood that on it my ellbo broke it cheap made? not to good made to fall apart

I have had this recliner less than 2 months and it is already broken. When we attached the tray, it was never "level" and now I know why... The internal rod keeping it in place was damaged. Now the tray has to be removed. So disappointed.

I bought this chair March 4,2019. I am having trouble with the motor being slow and arms are bending out cheap hardware. What are my options with this chair?

I received the 2 chairs today. One of the chairs had both sides/arms loose but bolts on bottom were in tact. These are poorly made. Just like most furniture today (Junk). Company should be ashamed to sell these.

Shipped fast and put together in 5 min. Very good chair!! Storage space and cup holders are nice. The only small draw back would be the tray can only go on the right armrest. I am going to order a 2nd one and it would be nice to have both trays on the outside. GREAT CHAIR!!

Just received our 2 chairs and put them together. First impression is they seem to be good quality and look very nice in the room. Not sure about the little table that goes on the arms, we’ll see how that goes. For now we will leave them in the armrest storage areas as they are very deep. Plugged both chairs in and everything functions properly. They are a little stiff, so hopefully they loosen up some with usage as we have been looking for better chairs for some time. I’ve saved the boxes just in case

I was excited when I ordered this chair. However, when it came, there was no transformer and wire. How does the chair work without the electronic parts

I got this chair yesterday. It is easy to put together. Hubby did it. It replaced a rocker recliner I had. This is alot nicer and easier fir me to get up out of.
