different model number

Ordered the sk-1923-blk received the she-1923-blk. Where is the personalize setting option? The headrest is not full like shown in pic either it is much flatter :0( Sams told me I had to Call their number 1-805-465-5500 and had to leave message. would have given a 5 star if this was what we ordered or had received some help.

yes I got from sams it started breaking? the left arm cover wont stay up and wood that on it my ellbo broke it cheap made? not to good made to fall apart

junk disregard the other reviews

I received the 2 chairs today. One of the chairs had both sides/arms loose but bolts on bottom were in tact. These are poorly made. Just like most furniture today (Junk). Company should be ashamed to sell these.

Tray is broken!

I have had this recliner less than 2 months and it is already broken. When we attached the tray, it was never "level" and now I know why... The internal rod keeping it in place was damaged. Now the tray has to be removed. So disappointed.
