We just bought these for a graduation party, run don't walk to buy them! They were sooooo good, even good a day or two later. Guests asked where I had them made. They were so fresh and moist, sorry, had to say it though. They really were. I was hesitant as I normally by bundts, but the reviews made me try them. Totally worth it. They even had some with class of 2023 stick things in them, how perfect was that?! It will be out new go to and not to mention, you cannot beat the price. I'm not a normal review writer but I had to tell Sam's and their customers, well done!!! Keep up the good work.

Not sure if the tray changed but it collapsed in/caved in the center today. All of the cupcakes fell out and I had to order a new set. Luckily the ladies were so kind to frost a new pink set for me. The baker said the tray collapse in the middle often and happens to many people. I had to pay for both set so wish they would use a better structured tray and not a flimsy one. Cupcakes taste wonderful though.

I love Sam's club bakery but the pink frosting on these cupcakes was horrible. The cake was good and the blue frosting was good but the pink. Little kids didn't even want the pink. It had too much food coloring in it to the point it taste like bad medicine. Then a child drop some on my hardwood floor and it stain it pink.

Payed extra for order pickup, and waited for over 30 min. I watched 3 cars arrive after I checked in. They all got loaded and left before I was helped. The cupcakes were not very good. The cake was moist, but the frosting was way too sweet. Overall,I wouldn't order this again, and I definitely won't order pickup from this location!

I used to brag to everyone about how good sams club cupcakes were! Recently though, i bought some for my daughters birthday and the frosting was awful! It tasted like crisco or something along those lines. It was bad.. i wish they would’ve stuck with the tried and true recipe. Sad to say, it’s not good now.

The weekend I purchased these cupcakes, every location seemed to either be out or very low. This location was limited. But the time I picked them up these had been the last two. The frosting was all over the place one of the case manage to bust open as the lady Handed it to me. I had as her if she could get me another one and the reply was “ this is the last 2 we have” for it being my first time using the order and pick up option I was very disappointed. This makes me want to just go in the club and do my own shopping, it’s not like I get a discount using this service.

Awful service I went to the club to order personalized cupcakes, and I was told that I had to scan a QR code and do it over the phone. I logged in to my account and it only gives me one option, it says that if I want them personalized that I have to go to the club. Worst service ever.

We ordered these cupcakes (white and chocolate) with white buttercream frosting and pink rosebuds as decoration for my daughter's wedding. They were beautiful and looked so beautiful. People said they were delicious and the price was right. We ordered enough for 150 guests and the process went so smoothly. You do have to pick them up and deliver them to the venue yourself, but we had many friends offer to help us out to accomplish that on the wedding day. They were ready at 8 am just like promised. I cannot compliment the Crystal Lake, IL bakery department enough. They were wonderful.
