I ordered white cupcakes for my daughter’s wedding. What I did not realize is that I needed to put a note to NOT put sprinkles on them. I got four orders of white cupcakes with fall sprinkles the day of the wedding. When I called I was told that I should have put a note. The issue I have is that I did call the day before I put in my online order. I was told there was nothing special to do and that I should submit it online rather than over the phone. I was not told to put a note to NOT put sprinkles. Otherwise, cupcakes are good.

I’m usually a big fan of the cupcakes! However, this batch was horrible! I wish I could have returned them for a refund but I couldn’t. I don’t know if it was a bad batch or what but they didn’t taste like vanilla or chocolate. They were just disgusting!

Appreciated being able to order these online for pickup. It was convenient and saved a ton of time. They were delicious as well. It would be nice to order custom items online — maybe one day soon they’ll figure out how to create an efficient method for doing so.

very disappointed with the container and the way it was not taped or really stable so when i tried to take the cupcakes from the cart to my trunk they had folded open and began to move all over and when trying to organize them back had smeared about half of them trying to close the lid back so maybe find a new method of making sure the container is properly sealed/closed.

These cupcakes are the perfect party treat! They’re always fresh, taste great and have the perfect amount of pricing. Available at a price you can’t beat! I’ve picked these up for birthday celebrations at my kids’ school, birthday parties, and holiday get togethers.

My order was submitted on Friday to pickup on Sunday, I asked a friend to pick it up, but couldn’t because Sam’s people didn’t have it ready. He had to show them the order in the phone and wait until they make the order. Really bad service at Sam’s North Little Rock

The ONLY reason I gave this only four stars is because both times I ordered, I had issues with the cupcakes along the side due to the extremely flimsy plastic bottom tray. I do think this is important since even the bakery employee who handed them to me messed up a couple each time because of this. By the time I'd gotten them home, several more were messed up. So the cupcakes themselves are fine, but Sam's Club really needs to do better with the trays. I need to remember to bring my own next time.

Excellent! Bought them for a baby shower and everyone asked if I made them because they were so good! I wish I knew I could have custom ordered 48 hours ahead but didn’t realize it soon enough. Will for sure be doing that in the future. Fantastic value for the price!

Member’s Mark Baked goods are always a great hit with family & friends. I needed a quick pot luck take along to a group meeting. These cupcakes were delicious, easy to serve and gone in no time. I received a great thanks from the group, and had a clean kitchen when I went home!!

The cupcakes were fine but I absolutely HATE that you have eliminated ordering at the store. You are slowly but surely eliminating customer service at the store level - forcing self-checkout and your on-line checkout app on us and now no bakery services. I’d also like to comment on the change in the recipe for the crab stuffed salmon. My family used to love this dinner but we stopped buying once you changed the stuffing recipe. Adding peppers and southwest spices ruined this item for us.
