I placed a pick-up order. They gave me all vanilla cupcakes. Unfortunately they were over cooked. I had to get different cupcakes for my granddaughters Christmas party in class. I did get my money back, but it was very disappointing!

Picked them up for a last minute child's birthday party. I don't normally like the fluffy frosting but this was good. So many for about $3 more than a dozen costs at my local grocery.

I order these because I knew that 15 will be vanilla and 15 will be chocolate. Now my two whole orders that I made were of all chocolate. 60 cupcakes total of pure chocolate. They made a huge mistake on my order and I am very disappointed. Not many like chocolate!

I used sam's bakery for a birthday cake. I wanted just two different color greens in the top. To give u an idea it's game board similar to checkers but 2 different color of green ( any greens would work) and just like how they do the boarders for cakes using a tip was all I needed nothing fancy simple really. ( Plants vs zombies theme) for a 6 yr old. Now this lady really must not like her job Bec she was not helpful at all. First she tells me can not do two different colors on a cake. As I'm looking at a cake with different colors. And so I'm like okay so can we do one and just like the boarder on top (supposed to look like grass) but I don't need it fancy or perfect simple will due. She says no they don't do that. I thought well I know you do boarders so that's a lie. And then I wanted it half white and half chocolate or marble. Well I got all white cake. And when I said okay then I guess just green regular green she points at the book. I'm like thinking u need me to look at the book to tell you regular green???? Anyway I was not pleased with the experience. And I order most my cakes and cupcakes from sam's. I guess a bakery hunt will be in order for the next one. Someone should really have a talk with her.
