product is great, the 1 star is for the Bakery Manager at this location is very rude, she requires additional customer training or get another profession that makes her happy. I was having issues with ordering online. Was on the phone with a very patient, well trained in Customer Service who assisted me in trying to get into the Website and through Phone App. Neither system would allow me to customize cupcake. She tranferred me to Bakery dept advised me to ask for Bakery Mgr who would gladly take order over the phone. When Bakery Mgr got on the phone, her first words "we don't take orders over the phone" advised I was transferred, then she cut me off and continued to cut me off multiple times. Then I requested the Store Mgr and she rudely shouted Mgr not in at the moment. I was transferred and the female up front was in aww and apologized; place me on hold and said the store mgr was in. I was on hold for over 20 min. All I wanted to do is order cupcakes for my grandsons grad on Thursday. Takes less than 5 min over the phone. There should be an option if the website or app is not working. This is not Customer Service.

The cupcakes themselves are fine. If it were a package of 6-12, the container would be ok being that thin plastic. Unfortunately it's such thin plastic that it's difficult keeping it stable %26 the top on unless you slide it onto cardboard or something else. We lost some of the frosting on 6 on the way home just trying to move it from the cart to a passenger.

Called in an order for 60 cupcakes. Went in to pick them up on Saturday. The staff in the Bakery already had my cupcakes ready to go, and I was able to use Scan & Go to quickly pay. Super easy process and the staff was very friendly. Plus, these cupcakes are probably some of the best cupcakes I've ever tasted. Always get compliments!

I bought 60 cupcakes and a 10" round cake for my husbands 50th birthday. I cupcakes were delicious and the 10" round cake was probably the best cake I have ever had. I'm telling everyone I know to get their cakes from the Williamsport, PA Sam's Club. Couldn't beat the price either!!

Cupcakes are good. Moist cake. Great value. Not exceptional flavor. I am a buttercream fan & that is the disappointment. Doesn't taste like buttercream but definitely labeled such 🤷🏼‍♀️ Next time I'm craving buttercream will go elsewhere. Tuxedo cake is delicious, however.

Cupcakes are delicious, the frosting ratio is perfect. The container is faulty. It opened on us a few times as I was putting it in the cart. Causing a cupcake to turn on its side. I thought about exchanging it for another container and I didn't think it was fair. This happened again as I was trying to pick it up from the cart to put it in my car. This time around the lid scrapped off some frosting from one side of the tray. A whole side of the tray had frosting from all of the cupcakes (on the inside). Instead of getting upset I went with it. I didn't have the patience or the time to exchange them. These cupcakes made my GODSON"S day who was turning 7. It was a small group of about 10 people, All of the cupcakes that messed up on one lane were not needed. If this was for a party of more people I would of been upset. The container should be a stronger plastic. As I was carrying the cupcakes the center bottom of the plastic was bending which caused the lid to come off when I was trying to move them. That being said the cupcakes are good.

Why do you not keep cupcakes without sprinkles? I know I'm not a minority on this.
