As I put the cupcakes in my cart I noticed the top wasn’t staying on but none of them were. As I was setting the cupcakes into my car the top came loose and the bottom crumbled under the weight of 30 cupcakes. 30 cupcakes slide into my backseat. Will not be buying again!

Nothing great about the cupcake. Tastes and looks like one (homemade or professionally made of course tastes better). Packaging really is poor. No support to bottom so carrying by sides will cause bottom to dip and carrying on bottom will cause sides to hang down. Need to bring your own support bottom since no box found there fit to help. Decorating is okay but standard disappointment for boys. Either girl designs, plain designs or seasonal design but nothing available for boy birthday designs.

When I bought this item, it was not marked as buttercream so I asked one of the baking staff TWICE and they assured me that they are Buttercream and that sugar icing are labeled as "Whipped" and that ALL the inventory that day were buttercream. The buttercream icing usually will have a yellowish hue (because butter). Got them home and served at event. They are NOT in any way buttercream. Very dissatisfied. I want my money back. Ask to try one in the store if you can before purchasing. That said, the cake portion was fabulous.

These cupcakes are always a good go to for an easy birthday party. They are flavorful and the fact that they come in a 30 pack makes them an easy way to do cake. The thing that I absolutely hate about them is their packaging, which changed a few years ago. The plastic is flimsy and I have dropped them more times than I can count. I HATE THE PACKAGING! Please bring back the boxes!

I was in a last minute bind and needed cupcakes for a retirement party. My fav local bakery wanted $55 for 24 standard cupcakes w/buttercream icing. I like them, but wow!!!! That's too costly for this chick...you can make cupcakes for like $4. hahaha. Anyways, I decided to give these a try at Sams and they are SO GOOD! I'll admit I was hesitant but honestly they were just as good as my favorite local bakery and even better considering I didn't sell a kidney to pay for these! I'll be back. I ordered them w/buttercream icing and it was delicious.

These are the best cupcakes for birthdays or any celebration!
