Baby shower cupcakes

I purchased 60 for a baby shower. The cupcakes were good. They were going to decorate with a small bootie on each one. When I picked them up I was shocked. The bootie looked like a combat boot, it was huge dollups of icing. I was speechless. We ended up buying tubes of icing and putting bows on the bootie to make them recognizable. Weren't perfect but did improve the look.
