I really feel the different in my car with this new tires

I guess they put a trainee on one of my wheels. The right-rear wheel had one ruined wheel stud, one missing lug nut and two new lug nuts. They gave me a "coupon" to a shop out in the boonies to have it repaired and sent me on my way. Instead I took it to my local shop, had it repaired and took the receipt back to them for refund. Cost $138 plus several hours of my time to fix the damage they caused. Is this an ok way to do business?
