I'm really pleased with my purchase; the service was awesome and super efficient. However, there's one thing that bugs me: I can't see this purchase on my online account or mobile app. Sam's Club can see it, but I can't. I reached out to several associates, and they weren't much help.

Tires ride nice and quiet. Very good in the rain. Offer good tire suspension as well. The price seems reasonable and the staff were very kind and helpful.

I was especially impressed with Sam's Club Road Hazard warranty on the tires. 5 years of road hazard warranty. That's excellent! I'll buy my tires, from now on, at Sam's Club.

I bought these for my son's 2011 Honda Civic. He reports that they are amazing and handle well in the rain. Sam's was, as usual, professional and helpful about my purchase. The service tech advised me of the upcoming doorbuster special (3 days away) and that really helped me out on the price.

My tire light came on in my car of low tire pressure passenger side rear was 8 pounds low on my new tires. It got very cold that night and I was thinking maybe my valve stem had a slow leak because you guys did not put new valve stems on. I put air in my tire and it is holding now.

I had o n e tire replaced, then all 4 balanced & rotated. My car was bumpy when driving. This store is 14 miles from home. I took it to a tire shop near me. There was 18 psi in the 3 older tires and 35 in the new tire. What a scary problem! Poor service!

I'm not at all happy with my new set of Pirelli tires. I've bought countless numbers of tires over my many years of membership for all my countless vehicles I have had and I can honestly say this is the first time I've been disappointed. The ride is much too hard for a full size passenger luxury vehicle and the wax coating on the tires is ridiculous and extremely difficult to remove.

I.m.very disappointed with 83rd ave and McDowell sam,s club,they installed me an old tire in my car, i have been a sam,s club for more than 20th years, i have buy tires batteries plus groceries, for more than 20th years.

We got new tires from Sam's club because we were going on a road trip. Barely went 400 miles and the tire blew out. The insurance that Sam's club sells with the tire for road side assistance doesn't work. Thank God I have AAA. When we got back to Sam's club so that they could replace the tire, they made us feel like their bad product was somehow our fault. Don't ever get tires from Sam's club . Bad customer service and worse product.
