Love it ! Good for price

I went in 10am appointment and I am the first person check in till 12;30  my car has not  been done bc the technician took next client whom is checked in after me  and I will never come in this location again for the tire service

Bad service

Went to Sam's club get the tires installed but they asked me to pay $80 for extra. On the website it indicates that's for premium installation but I just wanted the tires installed. When I scheduled an appointment, it.never mentioned the fee either! Basically sam's club is ripping off customers!

Ripping off customers

Very quiet, no road noise.  Exceptional tread life and good sidewall thickness. Not meant for heavy snow areas though.

Good buy

I'm not at all happy with my new set of Pirelli tires.  I've bought countless numbers of tires over my many years of membership for all my countless vehicles I have had and I can honestly say this is the first time I've been disappointed. The ride is much too hard for a full size passenger luxury vehicle and the wax coating on the tires is ridiculous and extremely difficult to remove.

Hard ride

I'm really pleased with my purchase; the service was awesome and super efficient. However, there's one thing that bugs me: I can't see this purchase on my online account or mobile app. Sam's Club can see it, but I can't. I reached out to several associates, and they weren't much help.
