- 3 out of 5 stars review5/31/2021[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If your cat likes pate, this is a great option...however mine is partial to chunks with gravy or soups(which she just became obsessed with recently and doesn’t want to eat anything else) This is of course a lot healthier and the ingredients look so much better for her than what she likes to eat....

My cat couldn't even wait for me to put the cat food in her dish before she began eating it. She loved it. I plan on adding Blue Tastefuls canned cat food to her dry food for now on. I would recommend Tastefuls to other cat owners of fussy cats.

Opening the can, there is a strong smell, kinda like spam. I thought my kitties would like it. However both of my cats wouldn't touch it. One of them is picky and the other is not picky. I left it out all day, they were not having it, I'm not sure the reason.

Knowing the inner workings of my cat’s brain is not a skill that I currently possess. She is a pretty picky eater and seemed to like this one, though. I only had one can, so it also might’ve just been the thrill of something new? If you’re looking to branch out with your cat’s wet food, this might just be worth a try.

They mostly prefer food that is formulated as a pate but only if it is poultry or beef, they will not touch it if it is any kind of fish/seafood flavor. They will occasionally eat slices, chunked, or shredded food in gravy but there is no rhyme or reason as I can tell for when or why they will or won't eat a particular flavor/variety. This extreme level of pickiness really makes shopping for cat food frustrating for me, because of that I keep an extensive list of the brands and flavors that I know they will eat in my purse at all times so I can quickly find the food that they lik...
