[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Bespoke now for about a month or so. At first, I was very disappointed to find that it didnt have a external ice dispenser. You would think a sophisticated refrigerator would have this of all things. But, instead it has a beverage center with a always full water pitcher with the option of infusing fruits, vegetables into the water. Also a internal water dispenser that is easily accessible. Underneath in the freezer section is your ice. You have two pull out trays, each one has a different size ice. One is a small nugget shape and the other small cubes. So yes, while it does not have that outside ice dispenser, the other things it has makes up for that loss! I like the fact that this refrigerator has pull out freezer shelves. It makes getting food out so much easier on my back! I like how bright the inside is with the LED lighting inside. You can see everything easily! Even spills and dirty areas show up clear as day! I thought this refrigerator would have tons and tons of room. But, I don't really feel like it is that much bigger than a normal size one. I find myself still having to rearrange things in it to make more room for items a lot of times. Maybe it is because the beverage center takes up a part of it. But I still feel like Im spoiled having the beverage center so I wouldnt want to get rid of that part of it! That has to be my favorite feature of the refrigerator! I am drinking much more water now! Overall, I am happy with my Bespoke. I like the modern and sleek looking outside of it. The fact that you can change the panels on it later on if you want is also a plus. Not sure how expensive that would be, but it is something I want to look into for later on down the road. It would be a easy way to fool everyone into thinking you have got a new refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bespoke replaced an aging LG (15+ years) refrigerator. The LG served us well over the years but was starting to fail and before we had a total loss we decided to upgrade with Samsung. So far it's been beyond nice, the flexibility of the refrigerator / freezer option has been helpful and so useful. My only gripe is the inability to configure the inside shelves beyond the two or three set options.

It looks great, it has all the best features and it matches my cabinets in our new house almost perfect! It almost looks as if it's a custom fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's a lot of things to love about this fridge we have used about 2 weeks now and we love it :) One thing to know is that the app does let you control a few things such as Auto filling the picture and whether you want to have ice be made all night I think that's really neat especially because you can also control the temperature and that's a really cool feature! It does take some getting used to opening the doors but once you get the hang of it it's very intuitive, the large capacity is great for a family, I also like not having or have baking soda for smells as there is a odor sanitizer built it that's very handy ! Things I love about fridge 1. Ice cubes regular and pebble 2. Flex zone which allows me to use a fridge or freezer 3. Auto refill pitcher Things I would change: 1. Ice cube tray spill when you scoop ice * We have not taken off the stickers because we are painting the cabinets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are about 7 months in on this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator and it is a kitchen game changer per my wife. We loved being able to select whatever door panels you wanted to add some character to our kitchen. The dual ice type ice maker is a great feature and produces copious amounts of ice. Another excellent feature is the lower right freezer that can be a freezer or a fridge. Whe wifi seems to work well with the app. All in all, with the color combos and features, this was an awesome purchase for us. You won't be disappointed!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For information on the App — I don’t use it but my wife does. I don’t see any need to use with the button options on the inside. A few things that I would change but overall still have five stars. When we first received the fridge our toddler didn’t realize the height of the top doors and hit his head on the sharp edge of the open door. So maybe softer edges when open. The stainless steel is definitely not fingerprint resistant by any means. We end up cleaning this fridge daily because we have kids. The different ice option is really effective in our house. It could have been a designed a little better that it didn’t overfill so then ice falls to the back. On a positive note, I gave five stars because overall it deserves it. The beverage center is my favorite component and makes grabbing a bottle of water or filling a drink so much easier. I also like that the flex zone can be changed to a fridge instead of a freezer. There’s space for everything in this fridge. The style and look is super spacious and having no handles makes it sleek. It has added a lot to our household and our kids really like it. The flex zone is their own personal space. Family approved!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator for several weeks now. Its by far the most elegant appliance I have in my house. The glossy of the glass panel makes it stands out. The option to choose the different type of panels to match your decore is what makes this fridge stands out from the rest. We chose a two color scheme for our fridge. The fridge looks like a standard side by side. But when you open up the top. It has a full top compartment. So you can put a large cake inside if you want. Very convenient. The two bottom compartment is the freezer. But one of the compartment can be changed to a fridge since it has its own temperature settings. We have a freezer in the garage already so we ended up setting the bottom right as a fridge as well for extra storage. Very clever and functionable. I love when a fridge has a built in ice maker. This one is a little different. There is no traditional ice dispenser on the door, but its built inside the freezer compartment. You get two size ices. My daughter and wife love the small ice. The automatic water dispenser on the door as you open it is the coolest thing. It will keep filling the container to keep it constantly cold all the time. Don't have to worry about filling it up when it gets low. Great idea! Best part of this fridge is there is no fingerprint on the panels. Our old fridge is full of fingerprints and no matter how much you clean it, it is still there. This is you barely notice and fingerprints, but if there were any. You can easily wipe it off. This fridge really combine the Beauty of Samsung with the Functionality of a modern fridge.

The Door Panels hard to get Black Charcoal Glass, I went with Black stainless on top, Gray Glass Bottom. Happy with choice, but not what I wanted.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this fridge for about 2 weeks now and so far we're very pleased with it. The beverage center is a very nice addition and the ice maker is vastly superior to our old Frigidaire. It is counter depth so I was a little concerned about interior volume but it's very spacious and well designed.. The fingerprint resistant Stainless is better than normal but still will show fingerprints. All in all this has been a very good purchase. I would add that the Smart Things App is a very nice addition to have. The best part is the two different sized ice cubes in the beverage center. Makes any cooling you need to do almost instant.
