So quiet

New Samsung dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well, quiet and no issues so far. Has many options on preset programs that fits different needs. Drying is an area that needs an improvement but maybe it is the way I use.

Would buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Between the adjustable rack, the extra third rack, and the ease of loading, I love this dishwasher. It's so quiet, you almost don't know that it's running. And even if there's food left on the plates, it cleans it right off. Highly recommend.

Best we’ve had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving our glass front Samsung dishwasher. The configuration is much better than the whirlpool it replaced and we are not having to clean inside weekly to remove mold & mildew. (Yes, we still rinse all dishes & remove all food debris before putting in dishwasher.)

Nice and quiet

We had our previous Samsung dishwasher for 9 years and wanted to get a new one to take advantage of some of the new tech like wifi, notifications, and quieter operation. We are super happy with our new machine and no longer have to remember to open the door after the wash cycles were complete. Happy customer!

Good dishwasher

It has a lot of capacity to fit things. It's design it really unique and there is no nosie that comes from the dishwashers. 5 out of 5

Terrible delivery experience

I would love to just leave a review for this dishwasher, but our delivery experience was so awful I just need to warn potential buyers. RXO is the delivery company that Sam's uses to deliver to our area. Large appliances ALL include delivery, installation and haul away. RXO does not honor this. They claimed installation and haul away are not included, and said I need to purchase the installation kit because it's not included either. They just unloaded the dishwasher and left. I called Sam's. They apologized then scheduled the installation and haul away with guess who? RXO. Approximately a week later, they show up, walk straight to my kitchen sink, take a quick look at the connection and say they can't install because of a corroded valve. Claims it might break if he turns it on. The valve is absolutely not corroded and I had just turned said valve off 5 minutes before he arrived, because I'd just removed our old dishwasher. He also informed me that we would need to buy the installation kit (because he didn't have one), replace the valve and reschedule the appointment. Mind you, it's now been about 3 weeks since I ordered this dishwasher as it was originally supposed to be delivered before Thanksgiving. My husband was livid after hearing this guy say that he wasn't going to install it. He just said "Whatever, I'll do it myself". The guy then goes out to his truck, grabs the installation kit and hands it to us...the one he didn't have. These delivery guys at RXO are all lazy, incompetent liars with terrible work ethic. Definitely reflects badly on Sam's Club. I really hope we like the dishwasher, but I will never order an appliance again from Sam's Club. It would've been much simpler to just drive to Home Depot, purchase the dishwasher and then install it ourselves.

Got a code after 2 months

Had it for less than 2 months and got a code. Called Samsung and they sent someone out. They could not fix it as it was installed improperly. Now waiting on installer to call back to come fix the install so Samsung can fix the washer. Very disappointed and angry.

Quiet, efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is great. Low noise app integration and cleans thedihs great. Not a fan of the 3rd rack as it limits space of the other two racks, but that is on me for choosing this particular design. I personally would go with the version without the third rack. Doesn't seem to add to overall capacity and id rather have the space split among two rock instead.
