[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dishwasher for six months now. It has been great. I particularly like the auto open feature after it is finished washing and the timed start feature to schedule the start time for the evening.

Love the AutoRelease feature, I typically plan to start the load after dinner and then by morning everything is finished and all the dished have dried. There is also a short cycle setting that does a load in around an hour. Other brands typically have wash times starting at at least 2 or 2 1/2 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am relatively happy with my purchase It has a large capacity I can fit a lot of items in there. It has a lot of different wash options very easy to operate. The only thing is I'm careful to rinse my dishes before I put them in and some still come out with a white film of dishwasher soap on them so I have to rewash them. I'm not sure why this is but it's probably mean not the dishwasher.

This may be a good unit, but Sams has failed to install the unit in the house. They hired a company that doesn't even have the common install parts to install the thing and they said it's my responsibility to provide parts and they weren't paid to haul away the old. Customer service is all but useless. I have to call to get any update. My emails to the tickets are never answered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Samsung dishwasher is amazing, super efficient and clean everything, I don't have problems with the noise that it makes because I can't hear anything, the design is great, the last feature and most import it dries everything, not water remains on my plates or pots 1000% recommend 😀

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, this product has been great, at least in my experience. I’ve never owned a dishwasher before, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but I’ve been very happy with it. The noise level is low and it cleans the dishes well. The only issue I ran into was a drainage problem. After inspecting it, I found that the drain pump cover had fallen out of place, which triggered an error code. Once I replaced it, the problem was immediately resolved, and the dishwasher has been working perfectly since. Samsung was also very helpful and responsive when I needed support. Aside from that small hiccup, I’ve had a great overall experience. I’m also very favorable toward Samsung because I purchased several appliances during Black Friday, and by bundling everything together this dishwasher ended up being free for me. If you can wait, Black Friday deals are definitely worth considering.

Although I purchased this dishwasher for it's looks and to fit in with the rest of our Bespoke appliances, I wish I noticed the lack of a heating element. Our dishes are constantly wet when removed, even overnight and even with the auto open activated, and it's not what I was expecting. The dishwasher is super quiet, the third upper race is convenient and the dishes are consistently clean, but I just can't get past having to manually dry the dishes every day. I can't say I'd recommend this product to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is extremely quiet and does a great job. The storm wash or heavy duty cycles are long, but everything is clean. The capacity is great, however I would suggest a tighter pattern in the lower and middle racks to accommodate smaller items. We have not used the smart technology to any extent so far. It is nice to look in the app and see time remaining. Very happy so far with our purchase.

Put this one in and not only can you barely hear it but it leaves my dishes sparkling clean. 10/10 would recommend. Love the app as well so I know when it's done and can u load.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this dishwasher for two years now. I like it. Cleans well. Quiet. It was a good deal when bundled within the four kitchen appliances. The first unit I received leaked though and the door didn't always open at the end of the cycle. I contacted Samsung and they eventually replaced it with a good one. No issues since then.
