[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent enough dishwasher; the cutlery top rack is a nice feature; we were able to take out the bottom insert to make more room, thanks to it; the tines seem to be designed for plates more than bowls, so we feel like we actually fit less in the bottom than in our old dishwasher; the major pain point is the drying - it does not dry! their troubleshooting FAQs suggest adding a rinse aid to help with drying; I don't know why that's the best option.

Being Samsung phone users, we were leary about venturing off into the appliance world. The dishwasher we chise had a decent sound rating but also included a third shelf. After we set the dishwasher up on the SmartThings app, I learned you can download extra "programming" for the dishwasher. One of the downloadable settings is the door will pop open after the run cycle is co.plete to facilitate further drying of plastics. Very nice addition!! The dishwasher cleans better than any dishwasher we've owned, and I've tried all the brands by now. Do not hesitate at all with this addition if you are looking to replace your dishwasher.

The dishwasher seems to work fine, it’s the seller and delivery I have a problem with Was supposed to arrive December 10 didn’t arrive until December 24, just got message they will install on the 21st January would have a dishwasher sitting in the kitchen for a month then we were told they wouldn’t hot wire that is the only way to hook it up I will never buy this way again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new dishwasher is so much quieter than the twenty year-old dishwasher it replaced! Before, we couldn't have a conversation in the next room with the dishwasher running; now, we can talk easily in the same room. The installation was straightforward and it looks great. I have not yet tried to use any of the connected features, yet, so I can't comment on that aspect, but the onboard controls are easy to understand and use.

This is the most efficient, quiet, large capacity dishwasher I've owned. Easy to operate and not once have I had to wash something over again… so much easier to keep clean than stainless steel! Just love the white glass!

Love the AutoRelease feature, I typically plan to start the load after dinner and then by morning everything is finished and all the dished have dried. There is also a short cycle setting that does a load in around an hour. Other brands typically have wash times starting at at least 2 or 2 1/2 hours.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely quiet dishwasher. All modes use so far have worked to expectations. Would like if the bottom racks were foldable but not a deal breaker. The wireless capabilities have never been used...that to me is not a valued function.

It's partitioned so easy to put spoons and cups on top . Quick clean with less water so energy efficient and drying mode too . Making less noise .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, this product has been great, at least in my experience. I’ve never owned a dishwasher before, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but I’ve been very happy with it. The noise level is low and it cleans the dishes well. The only issue I ran into was a drainage problem. After inspecting it, I found that the drain pump cover had fallen out of place, which triggered an error code. Once I replaced it, the problem was immediately resolved, and the dishwasher has been working perfectly since. Samsung was also very helpful and responsive when I needed support. Aside from that small hiccup, I’ve had a great overall experience. I’m also very favorable toward Samsung because I purchased several appliances during Black Friday, and by bundling everything together this dishwasher ended up being free for me. If you can wait, Black Friday deals are definitely worth considering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving this dishwasher! Or old one was loud and left messes and food. Put this one in and not only can you barely hear it but it leaves my dishes sparkling clean. 10/10 would recommend. Love the app as well so I know when it's done and can u load.
