At first sip, you got a hint of something lightly sweet, like a melon, with a tart ending. It’s very crispy and refreshing, almost herby, like endives, and lettuce. It’s blended well to a light, palatable taste which I would enjoy on its own or with a salad.

I enjoyed a glass with chicken piccata, and it paired perfectly. I think it would go well with fish or any lighter meal. I definitely see myself enjoying this more in the summer! I’m glad I tried it as it will now be one I add to my rotation because it was crisp and mildly sweet but definitely not overly so. Light and smooth and awesome for sipping on. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The aromas of the wine are what really pulled me in…hints of green apple right away followed by lemon and maybe even some lime? I know there were other delicious scents but I’m not very good at picking out what they are. I just know those stood out to me. I’m usually a Merlot and Cab lover, except when it’s hot or when I’m in a tropical locale. This wine fit the bill while visit my daughter in southern FL. It’s the perfect wine to enjoy with light summery foods. I see an outside grilled dinner with delicious salads, chicken and this delicious wine. Perfect fit. It’s light, crisp and purely enjoyable. It’s most definitely going to be a repurchase.
