It was a great balance between a sweet and dry wine that fit both of our liking and had a great crisp flavor. We paired it with a chicken dinner. This was my first time trying Josh- but certainly was a delight to my palette! The taste is not sweet and paired perfectly with my seafood pasta dish. I can see myself opening and enjoying with my friends for such a fun girls night! Enjoyed and recommends fully.

It's a tad sweeter than other that I have tried. I would not describe it as sweet, but it's just sweeter in comparison to others. It also takes a bit water down. Would not recommend.

This wine is from California and it seems most of the Sauvignon Blanc wines i choose are from NZ so i was anxious to try this one . As always, i really like the smooth semi dry taste. i am not a dry wine person so thankfully this is a little less sweet than a Riesling. I like the fancy gold bottle top and that i could just unscrew it and place it back on top after a glass(or 2)! i am hoping it lasts in my refrigerator for a couple weeks. I bought mine at Publix but Josh Cellars is a popular brand so I am sure you could fine it and the other flavors elsewhere too.

I had never tried any wines from this brand but would definitely consider them again. I typically elan toward a reisling, which the company does not appear to offer, but this was a nice change. Still a dry wine with citrus notes with some stone fruit. Would pair nicely with a light dinner, fish, or chicken and possibly a fruit forward dessert.

I enjoyed a glass with chicken piccata, and it paired perfectly. I think it would go well with fish or any lighter meal. I definitely see myself enjoying this more in the summer!
