Drinking it, there's a good balance - it's crisp but not too sharp, with some tropical fruit flavors in there. It's not the absolute best I've ever had, which is why I'm giving it a 4/5, but it's definitely up there. Great for a casual evening or with a light meal. It is dry enough for my as well which I love in a white wine. I put it in the fridge for about 2 hours and it was the perfect temperature. Great drink to have to relax and unwind!
