You cannot beat the price for this mattress. I was skeptical at first. I am so happy I purchased it. This mattress is so comfortable. I wake up feel refreshed. I am so amazed at how confortable the mattress is for the price, you just cant go wrong! Buy it you will be happy you did!

This is my first mail order mattress, so I was a bit skeptical.Mattress arrived quickly and I was able to get it set up by myself. It immediately took shape once plastic was removed. After just a few hours it was ready to sleep on. It is a quiet mattress and I would consider it plush to firm. It almost feels like the mattress absorbs you, very little bounce when moving on it. The sides are not firm when you sit on them, but that has no effect on the sleep quality I've gotten and that's not an issue for me at all. If you must have super firm and supportive bed edges, it may be an issue. I have less back and neck pain since sleeping on this mattress and wish I'd bought one sooner. I feel like it is a good value for the price and I very pleased with it. I hope it holds up well.

I purchased this mattress quickly online without spending much time reading its description. Just a lot of satisfied comments and an attractive price. If I had known it was a "bed in a box" I probably would have passed it over in favor of a traditional mattress. When it arrived, I was surprised and nearly returned it without opening the box, but after rereading a lot of happy online comments, I decided to give it a try. This is the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned and I look forward to many happy years with it.

The bed shipped quickly! Once unwrapped from the plastic, the bed came to full size almost immediately. We did not have any one sleep in the bed until two or three weeks later and when my sister did she said it was very comfortable. I was surprised because she is very picky, but she even ask for the information on the bed so she can purchase one for her new home. It is a nice quality bed. I highly recommend this bed.

This bed is amazing! I was skeptical of a bed in the box but the price point was really good so I got it for the guest bedroom. I tried it out and after two night I swapped it out with my traditional mattress in my room. Way more. Comfortable and forgiving than the traditional mattress with a foam cover!

This mattress was labeled "Medium- Firm", which is the firmness I was looking for. Not only is it not firm at all, it feels like a soft mattress!! It's as though it got mixed up and thrown in the wrong box... terrible. I'm trying to make it work because I got rid of the packaging and can't take it back, but it's awful to not get a good night's sleep. I gave it one star instead of zero because I appreciated the convenience of being able to transport it without a truck. But I've regretted this purchase every night and morning. Buyer beware!

Bought 2 xl singles for our Member's Mark split king adjustable frame. The best sleep we have had in years! Very well satisfied with the mattresses and the frame. They are more comfortable than others we tried out at furniture stores that were triple the price!

Brought matress home, took it out of the box, unfolded it, and then start to cut the plastic off of the mattress while it inflated. Stopped immediately when I noticed there was mold/mildew growing on the bottom of the mattress. I was very happy that we had not already taken our previous mattress to the curb. The end of the mattress that had the mold/mildew also did not inflate correctly by the time we took it back to Sams Club the next day. At least the return was easy!

This mattress is soooo comfortable, and sturdy to! We are using it for a kids loft bed, no box spring is needed, and it fit perfectly for the size of the frame. Tip: place mattress on base BEFORE you cut the plastic cover, it fills with air to size very quickly.

I recently purchased a mattress from the Thornton, Colorado Sam’s Club using the Scan & Go feature, and my experience has been very disappointing. When I received the mattress, I realized it appeared to have been used. As someone with a disability, I cannot physically return the item due to its weight, so I contacted customer service for assistance. Despite explaining my situation, my case was closed without resolution, and I have yet to receive a refund or replacement. This has left me frustrated and feeling undervalued as a loyal member. The mattress itself is not what I expected in terms of quality. It did not feel new and had visible signs of prior use. I hope Sam’s Club improves its quality control and customer service to better support members like me in the future.
