I was very disappointed. This bed was warm and worse way too soft. It was so soft the sheets were constantly popping off. After calling Members Mark and trying it for almost two months this bed had to go back to the store. Check out the new Casper line… Im MUCH happier.

I am experiencing lower back pain when I wake up in the morning. I will not get another mattress with memory foam again. I’m looking for a bed topper that is firm to try and even it out. So disappointed by the description and positive reviews. I would rather sleep on the couch (Which is what I’m doing now) or have my old 20 plus year old mattress back.

After reading the negative and positive reviews for this mattress, I decided to give it a shot because we were in desperate need of a replacement. This mattress is advertised as a medium-firm mattress, but it is NOT that whatsoever. This mattress is SOFT... so soft that your entire body will sink in if you weigh over 150lbs. If you’re into that, then it may work for you. But if you bought a medium-firm mattress because you prefer medium-firm mattresses, you will be highly disappointed. If you prefer firm mattresses and thought you might just settle for a “medium-firm”, then you may fall into a deep depression. Believe me before you waste your money like I did... this mattress is nowhere near medium firm, or even medium. Also, prepare to have your room smell like chemicals for several days. We off-gassed and decompressed this thing for an entire day outside and the smell is still giving me headaches. Here’s to hoping I can return this thing!

Do not buy this bed If you are on the heavier side i weigh 280 my job provides a twin size mattress and i sink in completely there is no support and because it compresses so much there is no air flow so it becomes hot and uncomfortable this may be a good bed for thinner people i dont recommend if you are on the plus side

Bought this at the end of may and here we are in July. Still has the chemical odor smell. In order to take it back, you have to have the box and be able to get the expanded mattress to the store. A bit ridiculous! Waste of 400 bucks. And this is the second bed from there that stinks. We bought a king bed the month before. So much for using membership perks to get a quality bed. Very disappointing considering the promises of satisfaction! Not satisfied. Not happy. Not renewing my membership.

The mattress is comfortable. I’m giving a rating of two stars because it wreaks of chemicals. It still smells just like it did the day it came out of the box and it’s been two months. The information pamphlet says it should stop smelling a few days after we unbox it. We have to air out the room daily.

I feel like my bed never fully expanded, it’s supposed to be firm and it is the softest bed ever and not in a good way. I have tried to return but it is already is out of box in my apartment and I don’t know how to bring it back. Customer Support didn’t help me when I called :( help!

I was a little bit on the skeptical side that this was going to be a 12 inch mattress when it came in. But after we got it out of the box and set up it lives up to its brand and description 100%. This was a new bed for our son's room (twin ultra plush) and he loves it. Sleeps so much better than he did on the old spring mattress. I would definitely recommend this mattress, it is very comfortable and easy to set up once it's out of the box it will take shape in 5 to 10 minutes. I love how easy it was to handle compared to a box mattress, like night and day. I do suggest getting a mattress cover or pad for it if you are buying for younger children since it is foam on top and will soak up everything.

I thought that I wanted a softer bed but this is perfect. It is soft on top but you don't sink down in it. It does a great job keeping me in alignment. I have problems with my SI joint getting out of alignment and I usually have pain and night and have to keep shifting into different positions. But I don't have to with this mattress. I slept very well on it the first night. I also highly recommend the Member's Mark Premium adjustable base to go with it. It is amazing!!
