Good set for the price

Very good set for the price. My only complaint is that the outer coating is already chipping at the bottom. I only hand wash them so that can't be blamed on the dishwasher. The non stick works very well and everything comes off easily. I use little to no butter or oil to cook almost everything and frying an egg has never been easier. The bigger pan doesn't have a lid which is a bummer but not a deal breaker. I would definitely recommend these to a friend.

DON”T USE on induction cooktops!!!

I bought the 11 piece set. Used the 4 qt sauté pan once and it destroyed my cooktop. The bottom of the pan deeply scratched the cooktop surface. See photos

Poor quality after time

I purchased these pans last year and at first they were great. Each of the fry pans are trashed and the non stick coating is gone. I have taken care of these pans. I contacted customer support and they cannot help me because I am no longer a member.

Wedding gift 🤬

Bought this for my daughter's wedding gift. She didn't want to tell me that a pan failed. I guess other pots/pans worked ok but this one was a HUGE fail in my opinion. My daughter didn't want to complain about a gift and that's why I found out months later

Here are some tips to improve your set: 1) Weekly basic care: After cleaning and drying, apply a thin layer of cooking oil to the pan’s interior with a paper towel. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then wipe off excess oil. 2) Monthly deep seasoning: Thoroughly clean and dry the pan. Preheat over low heat for 1 minute, then turn off the heat. When the pan is warm at around 50℃, coat the entire interior with oil. Let it sit for 2-4 hours, then wipe away excess oil. Enhance non-stick performance through proper daily use, gentle cleaning and regular maintenance to protect the ceramic coating while forming a stable oil film. We have had these for a month and so far we like them. The ceramic is very slick and easy to clean because nothing really sticks to them. Only complaint is that the handles on the pots get hot. (The pan handles don’t, though).
