Features make this range very desirable!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I have only used this range for a month, I am impressed with all the features, including WIFI connectivity. I love the burners that have varying BTU capabilities as well as the burner grates that have enough friction that pots don't slide around, a big complaint about my last range. A lot of cooking and baking were done at Christmas and the oven did everything well.

C-f2 error appears to be common

We purchased this stove as part of a set. Loved the look and performance, until the c-f2 code made its appearance (could possibly a connection issue with the touch screen). We’ve been using the stove less than 2 years. Seems to be a common issue with this range and fixing the issue will cost over $200 if I do it myself. Starting to question if it was worth taking a chance on Samsung as this was my first time going to Samsung for my kitchen appliance needs.

great replacment for our old stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a variety of appliance brands in our household. We now have a Samsung refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer and there is a more unified look. We obtained a package deal by purchasing several appliances at once. I like that I can update the clock from my smartphone via wifi.

Fantastic Stove!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple months ago and I am Very Happy with purchase. It has everything on it that I wanted. Cast iron grates, easy self cleaning, a middle grill feature, air , bake, convection bake, upper broiler, and storage for cookie sheets, etc. I like that the stainless steel is fingerprint proof also. Have made many meals, such as breads, cakes, chicken nuggets, fries, pancakes etc. It cooks much quicker than old Magic Chef stove that I had. Very pleased!! I'm giving it 4 stars for performance due to middle grill takes a while to heat up or I need to adjust burner maybe.

My new love

We’ve had our new range for two weeks now and I’m in love. We upgraded after a range that was here when we purchased our home 10 years ago finally cooked its last meal. I didn’t realize what we were missing. This range looks good, cooks perfectly, and has features we didn’t realize existed.

A home chef’s companion

The purchase, delivery and installation could not have been more perfect. This model Samsung stove and every feature performs flawlessly. Every dish prepared is perfectly cooked and delicious. I’m totally pleased with my stove. It’s a 100% quality product! Love it!!

great value

Best Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best range I’ve ever had (out of maybe 6). The burners work well and amazing. Center burner with included griddle is a nice little addition. The stainless steel is a nice and fitting touch with the rest of my kitchen. This has been the most effective self-clean if any range I’ve had, was literally just wipe away as they claim (something I’ve struggled with before). The only method I didn’t get to try was the air fry as this model didn’t come with an air fry basket and the Samsung one was unavailable. As soon as possible then l I’ll be getting it and testing it out, hoping that like the rest of the range it works flawlessly. The storage compartment at the bottom is also great for keeping the actual oven portion as empty as possible.

Big problems

I read the reviews before buying this product and disregarded the issues concerning the control display. I should NOT have passed this off because it happened to me too. This product was delivered yesterday and I wanted to use it today (bake a cake). Instructions say to run the self clean first, locking the oven first. Locked the oven but the display didn’t respond. Tried about 8 different ways. Then tried to download the app and IT DIDNT WORK EITHER. Now I’m stuck with an inoperable range, no way to access the ‘controls’ and not being able to bake the cake for a special occasion that committed to. AVOID THIS RANGE. Choose another not manufactured by Samsung.

Great features!
