The cheese is strong and sharp for a Mac and cheese. The Lobster has a fishy taste.

Lobster is lobster, but the combination of cheeses (including a smokey flavor) made it unenjoyable.

Mac and cheese itself was delicious, the lobster was rubbery and fishy. Definitely will not get it again.

I have to say I was skeptical to get this, however I really enjoyed it. We mixed the lobster in with the Mac and cheese prior to baking and it turned out delicious.

OUTSTANDING! I really enjoyed this special dish. The cheese sauce was amazing and although I know this is a limited time offer please consider selling the same Mac & Cheese that we can add our own seafood or meat to enjoy year round! I was eager to try this, but when I did I was very disappointed. Not very much lobster and an extreme amount of Parmesan cheese. It was so salty from the cheese that I had to rinse it under water and I love Parmesan cheese. Won't buy it again. Cheddar cheese would be better.

This looks delicious but sadly there is no real flavor to the sauce - its a very bland white sauce that does nothing to work with the flavor of the lobster. The recipe needs to be revamped, with a cheesier sauce, probably one with contrasting notes of sharp white cheddar and romano cheeses, punctuated with some garlic, black pepper, and nutmeg.
