Bought this in Arizona while boondocking near Tucson. Much quieter than my large generator. Felt better about not being so loud.

Easy and quiet

Quiet, reliable and excellent product. Price and performance is excellent. Fuel economy is a must and very quiet. It is more quiet than Honda.

follow instructions set up about 45 minutes started up 2nd. pull, very quiet reccomend this product.

generac 2500 invertor

My wife requires medical equipment 24/7 so we require power the same. This Generac product has proved to be a little workhorse.

the little generator that can do the job

Easy to start and run. Real quite to run. Can hardly hear it running when compared to my older generator that this replaced.

Simple to start.

most of the features are superior to the honda version exept for the outputs i think that it would be nicer if it had a DC output.

in all this product is a 9 out of 10

Great generator  packing sucks side of the unit slightly crushed but it runs great! Looks like fedex droped it or just kicked it around

Damage

Really liked it in the beginning. Lots of clean power till it just lost spark to the little common engine..buying a honda

Never made it to first oil change before it lost spark

I bought this for my 2 week hunting trip it was the best generator I have ever bought never let us down I would recommend this product very highly

Best generator

When you purchase a generac you will be less than impressed.  They will fight you on every warranty claim, you can’t even find a parts manual online.  My generator is hardly 2 years old and have had nothing but issues and absolutely no help from Generac.  You will regret it

Problems

I purchased a 2200 Suitcase Generac generator in August 2019. I am pleased with the product, the cost compared to other quality generators was excellent. The weight is perfect and I have already used it more than my bulky 5500 generator that was too heavy to lift. It has the power to run my camper and it powers up a small cabin with lights, fans, and small appliances. I would recommend this product.
