We are a Stearns and Foster family. Before buying the Estate queen pillow top mattress, we also have a 8 year old king pillow top mattress. It has been and continues to be amazing! The new queen pillow top is even better. Our backs have never felt better. The entire process from ordering to the white glove delivery was stellar. Any inquiries were promptly answered and all communications were respectful and gracious. We highly recommend this product!

Was a good mattress for a few years, then it started indenting in the middle. My previous double sided S&F was wonderful, is now 25 years old, and is holding strong but these new models are no good. Too bad, because I spent good money on a mattress that only lasted a few years. NEVER AGAIN.

We purchased a King-size Stearns & Foster Estate Collection mattress (medium firmness) last year, and unfortunately, it has been a major disappointment. We sink in much more than expected and can actually feel the steel coils through the mattress, which makes it very uncomfortable to sleep on. This is the worst mattress we have ever owned, and we would not recommend it.

I wish I could send a picture to show how bad blue cheap material looks just after a few months of regular use. It looks awful! My old twenty years old mattress looked better when I decided to replace it! It looks bad like an old cheap pullover and they call it “ lux” ? Don ‘t be fooled by how pretty it looks in the store. Buy a different brand with real quality material that lasts for years.

Compared to my first sterns and foster mattress this is a much lower quality. I've tried to give it a few months to get used to it but if anything my disappointment grows. It has very noticeable soft and firm areas.. It almost feels like I can feel the springs in a few spots. I really regret buying it and wish I had my old sterns mattress back.

We were very pleased with the quality and appearance of this product. The mattress appears to be of a high quality and it is very comfortable. My husband’s back feels so much better since we started sleeping on the new mattress. Love the design and feel of the materials.

I used to own Sterns and Foster mattresses years ago, and we moved down south. Bought some Sealy's for our bedrooms. Big mistake. I literally threw out our Sealy's and ordered the Sterns and foster. What a difference a great mattress makes. (and by the way, my Sealy's cost me a bundle anyway). Bravo S&F!

My Stearns and Foster PT soft is pure comfort that removes the day's stress from my body, and makes me happy that I found such a high quality mattress. Starting on the first night's sleep I felt my pain easing, and by the end of the week, was back to myself again and very grateful for my Stearns and Foster Pillowtop soft. I walked into a store showroom in a lot of pain (shoulder, neck, and back) caused by another manufacturer's mattress over the past eight months being told it "was part of the adjustment period". I've never even developed this kind of pain from being active at the gym lifting weights, swimming, and biking. My immediate reaction was, "my friend's mom has one and it's a super-expensive high quality mattress that's out of my price point". I was pleasantly surprised that the Estate mattress was in my price point. The quality was immediately evident. I'm super grateful for Stearns and Foster making such a high quality product that has restored my well-being! My future mattress purchases will always be Stearns and Foster, and I'm sharing this information with family and friends to help them as well! This Mattress replaced our first STEARNS and FOSTER MATTRESS which we enjoyed for 16 years. To be honest I never really thought of looking at any other brand after experiencing the difference with the last one. The quality is exceptional and the comfort is worth every penny spent. My back and muscles remind me of that every day.

I’ve owned my mattress for less than two years and it has a small hole from the material unraveling. They said it is cosmetic and is not covered under the warranty. How could a mattress less than two years spring a hole. I’ve owned many mattresses and this has never happened. This is not a cosmetic issue, it is a manufacturer issue and they could care less to try and resolve the matter.
