Our second Stearns & Foster mattress. We went with the firm for our backs.we had a pillow-top before and after 14 years the pillow portion just wasn't hard enough. This firm has been terrific and put our backs back into n shape!!!! Both of us being over 80 years, made this mattress a God-sent!'

My husband could not use our former mattress/foundation without physical assistance and a step-stool to get in and out of bed following spinal surgery. Also, because the former mattress was way too soft, he couldn't change position himself in bed without assistance. Changing over to the Estate Firm Tight Top mattress and a new foundation was the perfect answer to allow him to get in and out of bed and re-position himself in bed without any assistance. Anyone needing spinal surgery should evaluate their current bed products and make any necessary changes before surgery to avoid the discomfort that my husband experienced. Thank you Sterns and Foster, now my husband and I can actually get the necessary sleep for healing!

We had been putting off getting a new mattress for quite a while, thinking it probably wouldn't make that much of a difference in our sleep quality. Sterns and Foster was always our “dream mattress” of choice. We finally stopped dreaming about it and purchased one, and wow are we happy with our new mattress!! It's very comfortable and we sleep so much better. It really is one of the best purchases we've made! Thanks Sterns and Foster, the dream is now a reality :)

We were impressed with the quality and comfort of the Estate tight top medium from the first night. We had no trouble adjusting and are sleeping well! It's very heavy, which takes a little practice changing sheets and tucking the blankets but well worth it.

I love this mattress so much! My last mattress was old and I knew I needed a new one because I was regularly waking up sore. I wanted to make sure I replaced it with a good mattress so I spent literal months researching before deciding on Stearns and Foster. I've had it for almost three months now and I still can't believe how great I sleep. No more aches and pains and I legit always wake up feeling so refreshed. Who knew brain fog and irritability can be fixed with a good mattress? I wasn't sure about soft or firm, so decided to just go with the medium tight top, which turned out to be just right. The funniest part is that I'm not the only who loves this mattress. My dog is constantly lounging on my bed now. I used to have to pick him up and put him into bed when it was time to go to sleep, but now he's trying to get me to go to bed super early every night!

I did call your mattress expert after sleeping on my cousin Stearns and Foster. I gave the person all the details, tag information, etc. but I don't think I got the same quality or at least not the same mattress that my cousin has so it is a nice mattress…. the delivery men were fabulous, but it's not exactly what I wanted.

My whole life I've slept on an inner spring firm mattress and I love a firm mattress. As I've gotten older, I need to sleep more setting up than laying flat. I think you should be advised that the Well spring mattress does not accommodate the adjustable frame as well as a foam mattress. It doesn't want to bend if you have a significant angle, which is the purpose of the frame that moves. Keep your feet up in your head up your advised when they deliver it that you should return the mattress to a flat position every morning it doesn't do well saying in the adjusted state overtime. The springs are not designed to bend. The sheets that came with the set in the pillows were extremely nice, but when you adjust the bed because it's or rigid than a foam, the bending where the curve is a bit pressed it makes the bottom sheets wanna pop off you really need a bottom sheet with the elastic straps that go across the width underneath the mattress to keep them from punching up after a night or two. I'm also after only a couple months starting to define that the mattress holds indentations I rotated from one side of the other and a queen I sleep in the bed alone I even sleep in the middle sometimes, but the indentation is definitely there you expect that with a foam mattress but not with a firm coil mattress that's very disappointing. The white glove delivery was very good. I have to say overall I was expecting more for such an expensive mattress and frame.

I purchased an Estate 14.5" Plush Mattress, queen prime, in February 2023. For over three years I have dreaded changing the bedding. And turning the mattress. It is SO HEAVY. My back hurts for at least a day or longer. As for sleeping quality, it is okay. Nothing spectacular to brag about. It's a mattress. When I purchased it, the weight of the mattress never crossed my mind. Never thought about it before, but if I live long enough to need to buy a new mattress, I will certainly take that into consideration. Not recommended for senior citizens or challenged individuals.

I have had this mattress for a few weeks . I didn't want a memory foam mattress. I wanted it to have springs, I thought that would give me a firmer mattress. It feels like my old mattress. I don't think they would sell me a refurbished mattress. I could have paid less and probably had a better mattress. I'm stuck with this for at least 10 years .

The mattress was great, however Im in my eighth year the pillow top has pillared and my back is killing me when I wake up. I turned the mattress and it was fine for about a month. I need a warranty rep to come check it out. Very disappointing as this mattress was very expensive.
