I've had my Flex mattress for about 2 months now and am very happy with it. I'm a stomach sleeper so was looking for something slightly more firm but still comfy/soft. I've been sleeping well and have no complaints. Had to make a change to my initial order and contacted customer support which was overall a good experience - very friendly and helpful

I was excited to receive this mattress, I was impressed by how well it was packaged and how easy it was to assemble. However, I'm disappointed that it doesn't have much of a cooling affect. I order this mattress because I heat up while i sleep, but this doesn't help at all. I would only recommend to those that are not expecting a cooling mattress.

My partner and I are trying to collect furniture for our home piece by piece because we live on a pretty tight budget. This is our second GhostBed because it is so difficult to find anything else that matches the quality for the price. Mattresses in a store can cost thousands of dollars, and you still have to buy a cover, sheets, comforter/duvet, and pillows. These expenses add up quickly. We have loved GhostBed because our mattress is delivered straight to our door, and we really like it for comfort and affordability. I will give 4/5 stars only because, we upgraded from the version that is now in our guest bedroom (just the memory foam mattress I believe), and although it was softer than the last one, we still ended up getting the mattress pad again because I do not think it is quite as soft as we were expecting based on their grading system. Takes a few months to wear in!

I just received my Ghostbed Flex and it’s been great. The setup was easy and I received the bed very quickly. I think I have found the bed that is right for me, as I didn’t have to compromise on what I was looking for in a bed. It’s very comfortable for a side sleeper. The cooling top is great as I sleep hot. The bed came with cooling pillows as well that are like sleeping on ice cubes. I have gone through a few bed in a box mattresses and this one is the one I’m going to keep. I would definitely recommend this mattress to anyone looking for a great bed overall. My money didn’t plunge, as it was a great price for a queen bed, and is overall a great investment.

We have had this bed for a month now and I have slept great every night. I was prone to back pain in the middle of the night with our previous mattress, but have not experienced any back pain since started sleeping on our Ghost Bed. I love how much support it gives, but is also super comfy and you don't sink into it. I also love how I can sit on the edge of the bed and not feel like I'm going to slide off.

Very comfortable, we love it! We had a memory foam mattress before and it just didn't provide enough support. This mattress is comfortable but firm enough to support us during the night. It is cool but not cold, so the spot you sleep in doesn't get hot. Highly recommended.

When I first used the mattress I felt a bit too hot, and the mattress felt a bit too soft. I put on the wool mattress topper I had and it helped both issues. Now I am often able to sleep through the night, something that hardly even happened before, and sometimes I awake in exactly the position I was in when I went to sleep. I am resting much better than with the previous mattress. Overall I am very pleased. Time will tell if this lasts.

I was so nervous purchasing a bed online and not being able to at least lay on the bed in a store. It’s going in two weeks and I love it! I bought the Hybrid Lux and was so torn on which one to get (between the lux and hybrid lux) and I feel talking it over with Grant from Ghost, he helped me decide, Impressed with his knowledge and support! After hearing the hype of this mattress on my favorite podcast for the last few years, I decided to finally bite the bullet. I was sceptical at first. I had recently purchased another memory foam/shipped in a box mattress with terrible results. Ghostbed's money back guarantee won be over from those worries. My lower back pain had turned into a tightening of the muscles which required me to try and stretch constantly at work. It had also let to shooting pains down my right leg into my foot. After ONE night with this mattress I was feeling better. I don't have those issues anymore and I'm sleeping much better.
