This bed is a perfect balance between firmness and softness. The perfect solution for anyone who likes either one. We no longer wake up with aches and pains from our old pillow top mattress. The bed was very easy to install and that was a relief to us. We were nervous about putting the frame together but that was really a no brainier and the mattress was super easy to open.

Very comfortable bed. Best I've had so far. 1 quibble; Try to manage your shipping so that the customer has what they need when they need it. (e.g., Foundation, Mattress Protector, Mattress, Pillows and Banky last. Granted, shipping issues are acknowledged. Additionally, I was very please the Mattress was made in U.S. but wish the rest was as well.) Great buying experience. I ended up buying another one shortly after the first. Queen then a King. Cheers!

We loved our GhostBed Flex so much we bought another one for our cabin!! Love both of them!! We also love the sheets. The fitted sheet has such a big elastic band that they will never come loose while you are sleeping! We also love the original pillows!

My partner and I are trying to collect furniture for our home piece by piece because we live on a pretty tight budget. This is our second GhostBed because it is so difficult to find anything else that matches the quality for the price. Mattresses in a store can cost thousands of dollars, and you still have to buy a cover, sheets, comforter/duvet, and pillows. These expenses add up quickly. We have loved GhostBed because our mattress is delivered straight to our door, and we really like it for comfort and affordability. I will give 4/5 stars only because, we upgraded from the version that is now in our guest bedroom (just the memory foam mattress I believe), and although it was softer than the last one, we still ended up getting the mattress pad again because I do not think it is quite as soft as we were expecting based on their grading system. Takes a few months to wear in!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this King size Flex mattress! Perfect does not begin to describe it!!! My wife has a few autoimmune illnesses that sleeping very difficult, as well as have crushed/herniated/bulging discs in her back. She usually tosses and turns all night, and wakes up in excruciating pain. The first night she slept on this bed, she had the most peaceful sleep of her life she said. A few weeks later, and it still holds true. She wakes up refreshed and recharged, and her pain has subsided significantly. She is so shocked and happy, and that makes me happy. I also have some issues with sciatica, and would wake up from muscle spasms and cramps. I am a local truck driver, and make a bunch of stops per day loading and unloading trucks, and typically work a 12 hour day. I used to be restless at night as well, and ever since we started sleeping on this mattress, I wake up pain free, have not had any spasms, and am ready to start the day. This truly is/was the best purchase I have ever made! Wish we wouldn’t have been so skeptical, and would have done this sooner!

Love the mattresses. Very comfortable for us. The All-in-one foundations are great - but there are errors in the assembly instructions - figured it out fine but some may not. Customer service - well it was good just very slow. COVID I am sure is partly to blame. We had defective foundations (wooden ones) and they replaced them with the metal All-in-one foundations. We didn't even have to send them back. Well done (just took a few weeks of waiting).

The only reason I give it a 4 star instead of a 5 is that I would be better if it could be designed in such a way without sacrificing quality to have it at about 11-12 inches of height instead of 14 inches. To put it in perspective, the average American man is 5.9. I am 5.8, and it is kind of difficult to just sit at the edge of my bed. It is not my bedframe. Otherwise I would likely give it a 5 star for silence. I am not married yet, but I am sure it is great for couples since it does truly seem to compromise in the best way possible for all sleeping types

Overall happy so far! I think I could've went with a little softer, but I still feel a slight comfy cradling once I sink in. The delivery took a slight bit longer than expected but nothing to complain about. It was also delivered to my garage instead of near my door which made for a difficult maneuver for 5'3" me. Still getting used to it, but have not woken up a single day yet with lower back pain, a regular for my previous mattress.

My wife and I purchased the ghostbed flex, king with twin xl mattresses and the adjustable base. We are sleeping much cooler these days (nights). The bed is softer than we thought it would be, that’s a good thing, and the support is perfect, because of the individually wrapped coils. Great edge support and almost zero movement transfer. I absolutely love the whisper quiet abjustable base. The zero gravity position is heaven. We finally found our forever bed!

Did a lot of in store and online shopping before selecting The Ghostbed Flex. Combination of features, reviews, and price made my choice. Bed arrived in just a few days. It is extremely comfortable. We love everything about it. Very happy with our mattress after using it for 2 weeks.
