The bed started out a little stiffer than what I was used to, sleeping on a mostly-spring mattress my whole life. The memory foam aspect got a couple days to get use to, but I was soon accustomed to it. 3 months after using this mattress, I can surely say that I've found better sleeping experiences in lieu of my previous mattress. The product lives up to its stellar quality well.

We bought a Ghostbed, pillows and mattress protector. We bought the bed for its cooling factor. The mattress protector is hot. We tried it with and without. They refuse to refund us for the protector. What company doesn’t stand by their product? They didn’t return my calls (3 of them) for 2 weeks. Now They’ve offered us 10% back. What kind of crap is that? Run away!! They won’t stand behind their products! Choose a different bed-in-box provider!

When we first received this bed, we were super excited. Then bed that we sampled at the Arizona Fair, made us really want this bed. The ordering and financing were simple and we got the bed in a reasonable delivery time-frame. We opened it up and it looked great. We laid down on it and it felt like we were lying down on a board. My wife was ready to send it back that same day. We decided to give it a month. The bed has very slowly becoming adjusted to our bodies. It still isn’t where we need or want it, but we are going to get trying it for about another month before we decide what to do. We have added pillowtoppers and still doesn’t quite help.

We recently bought a hybrid mattress and we are sleeping better than we did on our old coil spring mattress. I do not toss and turn as much as I did in the past, and my back is feeling much better since our purchase. I highly recommend the Ghost Bed. John

We had gone back and forth for a couple of months about purchasing this mattress and adjustable frame. After having rotator cuff surgery, I could not stand one more night sleeping in our recliner!! The next morning I placed the order and we had the bed in 4 days! I no longer need to sleep at an angle for my shoulder, but I still do, I get a full nights sleep. The mattress is so comfortable, and the adjustable frame is awesome. Thank you Ghostbed!!

For our first non-traditional mattress, I decided to do a ton of research as that's how I buy everything. My wife and I wanted something more firm than a full memory foam mattress, but definitely not too firm. That led me right to hybrids, and after reading review after review, we felt that Ghostbed would be a good fit for us. We're only a little over a week in, and our box spring and bed frame haven't arrived yet, so I know that will slightly change the feel, but I couldn't be happier. I'm a combo side and stomach sleeper, and it feels like night and day between this and a traditional mattress. Just enough support to not feel hugged by the bed, but soft enough to be very relaxing. It's easy to change positions, and I can't tell when my wife gets in or out of bed. Overall, the Ghostbed Flex, king size, has been an absolute joy.

We tried multiple big brand name mattresses and ended up returning them all. We have had our GhostBed for about 30 days and we are OBSESSED. It’s honestly so hard to get out of bed now! We had a tempurpedic for years and I always woke up with back pain and hip pain. I’m a side sleeper and my husband sleeps on his back. I don’t know how, but this mattress is amazing for BOTH of us. No more pain, insomnia has gotten better, and the cool-to-touch feature is so awesome. We love this mattress and will stay loyal to this brand in the future!

Was looking to get a new mattress for a long time. The traditional just wasn’t cutting it anymore. During the quarantine, we just couldn’t take the old mattress anymore. So many uncomfortable nights. Ordered the ghost mattress on a recommendation from a friend. The ordering process was great and what fun it was to open the mattress and see it come to life. I didn’t care for the odor at first but it dissipated within a couple of days. Definitely sleeping a lot better. It feels a little softer than I would have liked but I still get a good nights sleep. I’m a side sleeper so I have a hard time finding my perfect spot. Overall a great buy.

The bed is very comfortable and has great features. My biggest complaint is that the weight is heavier than I expected. I had to bring everything up to a third floor in my house by myself. As far as the comfort and functionality is concerned I’m very happy. I would say that extra legs for the bed would definitely be helpful and make it a little more sturdy. Thank you

I purchased this bed with high hopes and while the customer service was great and the bed arrived within two weeks — it is not the undiscovered gem it boasts that it is. It is not firm enough as there is quite a bit of sag when you lay on it. As an individual with low back pain, this is the worst scenario I could encounter. I will be returning the bed and hope that the customer service will be just as great on the out kind as it was on the inbound!
