This mattress gives the support with the comfort needed when arms and shoulders hurt from sleeping on your side. It does not completely cure all of the hurting , but it is better than the Serta I comfort mattress we had been sleeping on the last five years. It is soft with a firm under lay that keeps you on a level plain. I didn't think it would be better than what we had, but I was wrong. This mattress has improved my night sleep. I wasn't sure the cooling would be noticeable but man it is and I'm so grateful for it one of my biggest complaints of the allura was just how hot I got on it

We have had a Tempur-Pedic Mattress for 20 years in the Master Bedroom and loved it. In fact liked it so much we got one for the MotorHome 15 years ago. It was time to get a new mattress as we had pushed the first one to the limit and it was still performing fairly well. But the new Tempur-ProAdapt Firm is wonderful! Nice night sleeping and feel refreshed on awakening. Even with Twin XL mattresses on the king base, they stay where they belong and do not walk or part. One thing I do not like is at our age it is a heavy mattress for us to lift to change the bedding but we are handling it.

Ok people, I'm 22 years old. I've slept in three beds in my entire life. Obviously started out in a crib, moved to a twin and slept on that same mattress until about 19. Moved in with my fiance and sleeping in a king mattress until May 11th 2020 when our Split King Pro-Adapt mattresses finally arrived! We both got to the point where we were having a lot of problems in our old mattress. He has sciatic nerve issues occasionally and is always tossing and turning. I am a very light sleeper and was barely sleeping the last 3 weeks before our new mattress was delivered. The nerves in my lower legs also seem to go crazy when I am laying down so any type of movement from my fiance makes it that much more stressful especially when he thinks he has to launch hmself in and out of bed in the middle of the night lol. It was miserable! We decided to get a firm split king because of our different needs though we both wanted a firm mattress and I had read previous reviews where some people no longer felt their partner move around so that really made me want a split king. We decided to pair it with the Ergo adjustable base (Separate review.. life changing) and it took over a month to get everything delivered but finally low and behold we are sleeping better! Love me a firm mattress! Our old one just felt too soft and I couldn't seem to find a position where my body truley felt relaxed. I barely feel him moving around and the nerves in my legs have calmed down so much I would assume due to now I sleep wih the bottom end of the mattress lifted (Thanks Ergo base)! I have been sleeping better though still having some issues on night where I just can't sleep. I am getting ready to buy some new pillows from here that I think will work with the mattress and base and completely fix all of my problems! If you get a firm, once you set it up, it will feel really hard but don't be alarmed! That will change when it warms up to the temp of the room. When we set it up and sat on it, we looked at each other like uhhhhhhh this is like laying on cement and we were hoping we didn't just make a giant mistake lol but nope it was perfect once it warmed up! Only thing that kind of sucks is that I read you shouldn't use heated blankets on the mattress. I have been using a heated blanket the passed 2 years since my feet can't ever get warm. They are always freezing cold at night and would cramp up in the middle of the night so I'm having a lot more cramping now but it's a small price to pay. I think I just need a better comforter. Overall, I love this mattress and am trying to convince my parents they should get one too! Was well worth the money! You spend a big portion of your life in bed. Might as well be comfy! All of my future bed products will now be purchased through Tempur-Pedic!

Love the adjustable feature, especially if stuffy nose, neck sore etc. We bought a split king-it's nice to have separate adjustments for position. Does not sleep hot at all-temperature very consistent. Have only had for a few months but comfy immediately and has not dented/sunk. Takes no time at all to get comfortable. My neck has felt great since getting this bed. Cons: ordering process was chaotic. It took longer than expected without much communication. I'm kind of bony and don't move much in my sleep-the bed is so comfy I don't really move so my arms are both going numb if I sleep on my side. No problems in other beds. Also, split king is hard if you have small kids-someone ends up "in the crack" if they get in bed with you. The crack isn't terrible but I often wish we had gotten the king.

I look forward to my bed now and it's been worth every penny to have a good quality mattress and pillows after suffering on an oversized sponge of sorts for the past few years. I no longer worry about sliding into a chasm when my husband is next to me, or turning over in sections, edging to the firm part on the edge. My body is now in better alignment and I get much more restful sleep.

Hello, I would definitely not recommend this mattress or brand. Originally when I purchased Tempurpedic mattress and base was because of how great the quality was. I purchased the mattress and base in 2019 and it has only been 3-4 years and the mattress already has sagging, indentation for this "good quality mattress" it should not be giving issues this early on. I will never purchase from this brand and also encourage others to not purchase. These mattresses and bases and not cheap to be getting issues super early on with the products.

My last Beautyrest mattress only lasted for 18 months. I have owned Beautyrest for many years. I purchased it and a 900 adjustable base. I switched to a Tempurpedic and the change is great! My wife is TROUGHLY happy. The Tempurpedic base is an extra that has helped make the sleeping experience even more enjoyable. These are great MATTRESSES!

Now, I'm really glad I made this kind of investment on my personal health. I work in the medical field and I know all about taking care of your back, and what happens when you don't.

I'm a 130 lb side sleeper and my partner is a 185 lb side sleeper. The mattress was very firm when it arrived. After sleeping on it about 2 weeks, it softened to the point where we just sunk down into it. No support. Horrible back pain. We gave it 5 weeks total but eventually returned it to the store.
