My original Tempur-Pedic Cloud mattress for a little over 10 years and, although the mattress had held up very well, it was too soft for me now. Switched to the Proadapt Firm and noticed the difference after the first night...no tossing and turning and no morning backache for the first time in almost a year. It's firm, but not so firm that you feel like you're sleeping on the floor. I only with I had purchased it sooner!

Slept on the mattress 3 months. It's taken a bit of work to break in the mattress. I walked on it for a total of 75 minutes per my salesperson's recommendation. My back feels great most mornings. It's a little more firm than I'd like for side sleeping.

I purchased my first Tempurpedic mattress 8 years ago when I first got pregnant and wasn't getting good sleep so when it came time for a new mattress, I knew I had to get another Tempurpedic. The ProAdapt line has been incredible and I LOVE that it adjusts to relieve pressure. Plus I can turn / move and not wake up my husband so he gets his sleep too! The combination of TEMPUR material and premium spring coils brings comfort, pressure relief, and reinforcement-a true blessing after a long day of work and a lengthy drive home. The pressure-relieving foam provides soothing support to my back problem. What I appreciate most is the breathable material and SmartClimate Cover System, ensuring I stay cool throughout the night. Waking up feeling hot and uncomfortable was a major issue for me before, but not with this mattress. Additionally, its removable and washable cover makes it super easy to keep clean. It's currently a little firmer than medium, but I understand that it needs to 'break in' to my body and will hopefully soften over time to its true feel and provide the perfect balance of support and plushness for an even more restful night's sleep. We owned a Tempur-Pedic Rhapsody mattress for many years. We were waking up many times thru the night, as our body was hurting. With our new Pro Adapt soft, we are sleeping thru the night and waking up feeling rested. The mattress is firm enough to be supportive, but soft enough to keep our shoulders and hips cradled. I know there are a lot of copy cat memory foam mattresses, but I am a loyal Tempur-Pedic customer. These mattresses hold up the way cheaper mattresses cannot. The only problem is that I can't wait to get back into bed after my day!

From the first night with this mattress, I've slept better than I have in decades. I don't toss and turn like I used to. I often wake up in the same position in which I fell asleep. The first few steps out of bed are no longer tender. Knee pain and hip pain are absent. To say I'm happy with this mattress would be a serious understatement. I give this as high of a recommendation as I can possible give!

It was time for a new bed. We had a 12inch memory foam and it was super worn in. We went into the store with open minds on different types of beds. We tried out several different types but ultimately still preferred medium/ soft beds. We tried out the medium hybrid bed with the bed frame that vibrates and lifts the bottom and top mattress. Absolutely love it and I wish we got a new one sooner. Sleep ten times better on it. It's not to soft and not to firm. I have bad shoulders and I'm a side sleeper, not once so I wake up in pain. It's definitely worth every penny.

The Firm mattress has stopped my husband's snoring and molds to our bodies, while not irritating our sore spots, like shoulder areas. The only thing that was frustrating was registering for the warranty because with the mattress already being installed, the label with the serial number is on the bottom of the mattress and we're not able to lift the mattress to get to the label so not sure how to track down the serial number otherwise. Otherwise, the bed with the new low profile Tempur-Pedic split king box spring feel amazing and we are sleeping so much better than we have in years.

The pro adapt doesn't cool quite like I thought it would. The mattress cover itself is very slick and you tend to slide around a lot when trying to get comfortable. I have the "soft" mode and wouldn't consider it to be soft, it's medium at best. There are more than likely cheaper options out there with equal comfort levels.
