We unfortunately had to use our warranty because our mattress was sagging after 4 years. We decided to upgrade to a better mattress. When delivered it felt like a concrete slab! We slept one night & it was miserable, called Tempurpedic the next morning & we were told we could NOT exchange for a different mattress because it was a warranty replacement! SO, apparently Tempurpedic can send out any crappy mattress they want & if it's a warranty replacement the customer has ZERO RECOURSE! Unbelievable that they would treat 15+ years customers like this!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my mattress for a little over a month and it's ruined all other mattress for me. I've been spending a week with family, sleeping on an old non-Tempur-Pedic mattress, and its fully driveb home that I made the correct purchase.

The warranty process is too difficult. Having to lift mattress take pictures etc is ridiculous. Our bed was put in protective cover sheets spread and had to strip. I'm 87 years old and had to get help to come to my home just to register. Called to register on phone. I was informed not an option. Ridiculous

I love my new TEMPUR-ProAdapt Soft mattress! I am a curvy middle-aged woman and I've finally found a super comfortable mattress that fully supports my lower back and hips in any sleeping position. I no longer awaken with sore hips and shoulders, and I sleep more soundly during the night because I'm not constantly changing positions to relieve pressure points. It's amazing how much more rested I feel in the morning and I've even started waking up before my alarm goes off!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First couple days it was VERY FIRM, however, after talking to the online support, I was assured after a few more days to weeks the bed would soften up to meet my standards of comfort. They were soooooo right!!! I LOVE this bed! I don't wake up in horrible pain anymore and I bought the zero gravity bed frame, which is a game changer I will tell you!!! The pair of them had transformed the way I think about going to sleep and that is a real blessing!! The biggest hurdle is getting through the few days of discomfort while your brand new beds cells start to soften and conform to your body. This is amazing!

My boyfriend and I had recently moved to a new apartment and had our mattress damaged during the moving process. We needed a mattress and fast! Also don't forget to purchase a pair of Tempur-Pedic pillows to go with this amazing bed.

OMG when I tell you, it's the best night's rest you will ever get, this mattress fits my comfort so well. Other mattresses I have used in the past left my entire body sore the next morning. Now I wake up without pain. I couldn't wait to return from vacay to get in my bed. Oh, what a night I had. The only thing I'm unhappy about is that I did not purchase the one that goes up and down. I'm 54 and recently purchased my ProAdapt Firm mattress and adjustable base at the Novi Home show. This mattress is the best! I should have made the investment along time ago. It is the absolutely best sleep experience I've ever had. Just sitting in bed watching my new TV with the head raised is a blessing. It's like a staycation. The purchase included 2 pillows and a sheet set and extended warranty.
